The Space:

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



Let’s take a closer look at your temporary home! You’ll love the ranch-style exterior with a huge front lawn. As you step inside, you’ll notice the interior is SIMPLY STUNNING! Newly updated, it is a modern open-concept space that makes the home feel open and spacious. It features amazing upgrades, accented by the meticulous interior design, including luxurious furniture, excellent décor, and stunning lighting fixtures.



Your whole group will be able to gather together in the gorgeous living room. Lounge on the luxurious furniture as you reminisce, make plans, play games, or just chit-chat. You’ll be in awe of the amazing interior design in here featuring great accents. This space flows into the stunning dining room where everyone can enjoy their meals together around the table. Speaking of meals, you’ll love having the ability to prepare some fresh ones in your very own fully equipped kitchen! The bright and open space offers plenty of room for you to move around and contains gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with barstools.



You’ll have 5 spacious bedrooms that will allow your group to comfortably spread out. You’ll feel like you’re in the lap of luxury as all of the rooms contain high-end furniture and lavish linens, accented by great artwork and accessories. Getting a great night’s rest after a fun-filled day will be no problem! There are also 3 bathrooms for your use, all of which are clean and nicely updated. One of them even includes a jetted tub for you to relax.



Finally, you’ll love hanging out in the backyard and soaking up the beautiful Texas weather. The patio area is the perfect spot for gathering, socializing, and making memories. The yard has a HUGE lawn with tons of grass and open space to play games or sports. You’ll even have a relaxing hammock to lie back in and take a nap or read a good book.



Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

The Neighborhood:

Conveniently located in the heart of Arlington, your vacation home will be just 18 minutes away from DFW Airport and around 20 minutes to downtown Dallas and downtown Fort Worth. You’ll have easy access to both cities on either side. Drive about 20 minutes and you’ll hit Mountain Creek Lake, while Lake Arlington is 15 minutes away. We’re right in the center of it all!



In addition to the many amazing attractions in Dallas and Fort Worth, you’ll be within minutes of several other great family attractions. Shop awesome deals at the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets just 13 minutes away. Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is a great time for the whole family (13 minutes away). Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum only 12 minutes away. Pay a visit to AT&T Stadium, home to the Dallas Cowboys, less than 5 minutes away! We’re also just a 5-minute drive away from the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days!



If you’re looking to spend some time outdoors, you’ll be just 4 minutes from Richard Green Linear Park. Located right in the middle of Arlington’s bustling entertainment district, it has a lake to the north, Rangers Ballpark to the east, and AT&T Stadium to the west. AT&T Stadium is the host of world cup 2026 and it's a 3min drive! It contains many great biking and walking trails. You’ll also be 9 minutes from River Legacy Parks, which also contains the River Legacy Living Science Center, featuring aquariums, terrariums, and interactive exhibits. The park is an urban oasis boasting 1,300-acres and following the curves of the Trinity River. It has tons of ecological diversity and provides habitats for many types of birds, fish, mammals, and native plants. You’ll also find more than 8 miles of paved hiking and biking trails, picnic areas, river overlooks, and playgrounds.



Getting Around:

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something

you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.



Other Things to Note:

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.







★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.







★ PARKING ★

★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★



Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
