Nice home close to everything we needed

This house was exactly as listed. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, pretty centrally located to some good food and shopping. It was also within an easy drive of everywhere we needed to be as we visited family.Plenty of space and nice amenities. Would absolutely stay again.

Great Stay

The house was cold when we first got there, but warmed up nicely throughout the stay. It was clean and centrally located. It was great for our board game meet up.

Communication is great. I asked to replace the AC air filter, and Alex ordered one the same day. The neighborhood is quiet, and location is near shopping area.

We stayed for a baseball tournament at East Cobb complex. The house was as listed. A grill would be a nice addition.

Nice place. Clean. Affordable.

We had a soccer tournament at Mud Creek. The house was about 10 minutes away, so it provided a good location for us for the weekend. The house is in an aging neighborhood, but it was clean, quiet, and safe. The interior of the house is spotless and updated. It's nice to have a fenced-in yard when you have a pet. I would definitely rent this house again.

A stay in Smyrna

Our family needed a place to base ourselves for a baseball tournament in the Atlanta area. This house was comfortable, but is a little tired and some of the painting could be cleaned up. The neighborhood was a concern, as is in an older neighborhood. The house looks nice, but is one of only a few on the block that fit that description.

Nice place

The property was extremely clean. That’s always a big plus. Check was easy. Alex responded back quickly when we contacted him. I just thought that the place could have had more amenities. It’s set up for 6 and their were only 6 towels. Small things like that can make a place great or just good. But, I would definitely consider staying here again. Great location as far as access to the city.

Family Emergency

Alex was great! He was able to accommodate my kids and I due to a family emergency. This was on a short notice. Also when I needed to extend my stay he was more than welcome to help us. I will definitely rent this home again!

Small, clean and timely

We rented this property after another vrbo canceled as we were supposed to be checking in. Bad form, right. The owner of this house was super understanding and responsive and helped us get in the next day. The house and property are old, but clean. Thanks for saving our bacon.
