Everything needed was provided, although we brought a lot with us and didn’t need them. There was an issue with the Keurig , but it was quickly replaced with another Keurig.The only suggestion to improve our stay is to provide grab bars in the bathtub. The neighbors on both sides of the house were friendly.

Clean, well-kept, spacious and convenient place for my wife and I and our dogs to visit the Atlanta area and go to a Braves game. Our dogs loved the lower windows in the living room. Ashley was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The house is really set up to accommodate anything you would want. It’s extremely comfortable cozy and very clean. The owner has a great eye for decor and details. It was really an amazing, no-complaints stay!! We would 100% stay there again if we’re in the area.

Great weekend stay

We flew in for the weekend with our 2 adult children to watch the Braves play! This house is beautiful and completely remodeled. Spacious rooms, large front porch to sit on and a back deck. Ashley was very accommodating and had a snack basket for us!

Ashley is an excellent host. You will not be disappointed. Location is central to all Marietta has to offer and in close proximity to Atlanta.

Check the address. We did not feel comfortable staying in the neighborhood. Drove by house and decided to get a hotel. House looked great from pics. From now on, I will do a Google view of the neighborhood. Ashley’s communication was great at first. Did not hear back after our non stay. It’s 20 min to Truist park not 10 for those attending Braves games. Some may not mind the neighborhood. Obviously, I can only speak for my guests and me. I left a fair review on other aspects. Location and twice the distance to stadium are the reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5.

Five Star Hostess even when the brand itself falls flat on its face.

There was a major snafu in check in NOT CAUSED BY ASH THE PROPERTY OWNER, and both us and Ash were caught in a lurch, But Ash was incredibly apologetic and put tons of work into making it right when she could have thrown her hands up in the air and just walked away from the situation. Fantastic host, VRBO on the other hand, was a disaster to deal with, didn't know how they own rules worked, and on more than one occasion, put me on hold for over a half hour only to let the call disconnect. Ash went above and beyond. VRBO went subterranean.
