Very well equipped kitchen and appliances. We never ate out and saved a ton of money. The place had a great mountain cabin feel to it with huge picturesque windows with amazing views. It is close to Canyon Lodge as well as grocery stores and restaurants without the resort crowd. We were even able to barbecue and build a wood fire during our stay. Very warm and convenient for families and friends!

Great Location

We loved being able to walk to the parade, the grocery store and the arts festival while we were in town over the 4th. of July week. This condo is comfortable and we'd definitely stay here again. Thank you.

We stayed here to enjoy Thanksgiving in Mammoth, one of our favorite places. It’s in a location next to town, which is convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you’d need for cooking. We had some trouble with cleanliness when we first arrived. The tub had to be cleaned before we used it and there was dirt in the toilets and fur everywhere. However, as it’s a pet friendly listing we didn’t mind too much. We would have appreciated better transparency and communication after booking so we did not incur a loss of our entire security deposit.

Perfect Mammoth Rental

Our family of 5 plus a pup enjoyed this rental. Location was great and the townhouse was large and had everything we needed for our ski vacation . Property was clean and complex was quiet . Would definitely stay here again .

Cozy mountain getaway

The property is a great central location. Although there were only two of us, it is quite roomy. The bedrooms are down below with the living area upstairs. Nice layout. It was comfy with all the conveniences.

Great location and perfect place for our group

We came here with another family, 4 adults and 4 kids and the place was perfect. Kids enjoyed the bunk room with a TV in there. Easy free shuttle to the lodge. The hot tub and sauna was perfect after a day on the slopes. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very clean and well maintained. Excellent location. Close to town yet also close to all the places we wanted to visit. We visited during July and while it’s understandable that there is no A/C, It did get a little warm in the condo. I think providing some portable fans for the living area and bedrooms would’ve made our stay a bit more enjoyable But overall I would book it again!

Mammoth condo

Overall enjoyed our stay. Excellent location near restaurants and shops. Check-in was easy. A few minor issues: no trash bags provided in kitchen so we had to go buy these. Roof workers on the roof at 7 am woke us up the first AM. Unit seemed moderately clean.

Cozy Condo

Super sweet space. beds super comfy, all the touches very well done. lots of great cooking gear. Not too far to Mammoth, nice quiet neighborhood. sadly, the condo community Sauna, broken . Hot Tub access is very limited (3-9pm)

Good layout for small group

The condo provided good accommodation for our group. Good heat control in every room. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Nice long table to hold 8+ guests. We had a problem with a broken pipe which could not be fixed so put a shower out of commission for our stay. The hot water system seemed to struggle to provide hot water on demand after a few folks had showered. Overall a reasonable stay and would recommend it for a small group.

Perfect for children and dogs, will stay here agin

We come up here 2-4 times a year and will definitely stay here again. I was worried that staying so close to town I would lose that quiet cozy feeling but that was not the case. There was even a music festival that weekend but it was very quiet and relaxing. The interior was updated and clean and is great for toddlers and dogs. I was able to zip tie a baby gate to the stairs and there were even some kids toys and books in the bunk room. There were plenty of places to store and hang dog equipment, jackets, shoes, etc. downstairs so it made it easy to keep everything clean inside. We would love to stay here again.

The parking was convenient as was access to restaurants and a shopping area. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. The living area was spacious. The only real complaint was the barbecue which had a very dirty grill which had not been cleaned, and there was no hrill cleaner to be found, so we weren’t able to use it.
