Ideally located just a short walk from the lifts at Canyon Lodge, this spacious 2-bedroom + open loft, 2-bath condo combines an incredible ski location with stylish updates, a private two-car garage, and plenty of room for the whole family. After a day on Mammoth Mountain, come home to the bright and inviting living room, where soaring vaulted ceilings, mountain views, and stylish furnishings create the perfect alpine atmosphere. Cozy up beside the wood-burning stove, settle in for a movie on the flatscreen TV, or simply relax and enjoy the mountain setting. A queen leather sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations for larger groups. The beautifully updated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare breakfast before hitting the slopes or gather for a relaxed dinner at home. The primary bedroom offers a California king bed, TV, upgraded bedding, and a private en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and TV, while the open loft provides additional sleeping space with a queen bed and twin trundle, an ideal setup for families or groups traveling together. A second full bathroom with tub is conveniently located on the main level. Complimentary WiFi is included throughout the condo. Another standout feature is the private detached two-car garage, giving you covered parking and convenient storage for your mountain getaway. Garage clearance is 6' 10". Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months. PLEASE NOTE: This is an upper-level condo accessed by approximately 29 stairs (four flights), and stairs are the only way to reach the front door. Great location and well furnished!

We really enjoyed the property. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The snow/melt freeze was hazardous but there was little that could be done.

Excellent location to canyon lodge lifts

An easy walk to the Canyon lodge and ski lifts. Also easy walk to Village Gondola for a quick trip to the village for lunch. The cabin is roomy and comes with two door garage ( awesome since we were in a snow storm) close driving distance to restaurants, grocery store ect. Overall great place, it is on the third floor ( 30 steps up) but manageable.

The property was remodeled nicely, however the listing stated private barbecue, which is a public one and located far from unit. The listening did not state that it is an upstairs unit with multiple stairs until check in information was sent. Unfortunately, the property manager located at the unit was rude. He ticketed our trucks twice with stickers difficult to remove, after I stated our vehicles were too large for the garage. His wife only gave us one parking pass. Parking was not an issue at all due to the low occupancy of the complex, but he continued to ticket our trucks twice. We enjoyed our stay and the Mammoth management company was helpful and responsive.

Great condo right next to Canyon Lodge

Spent 4 nights at this condo in Mammoth with my family and we had a great time. The home was very comfortable (and warm) which was important because we were there during a big storm and had to spend pretty much 2 full days inside with 4 adults and 2 little ones. Fireplace was wonderful and kept us warm the whole time. The snow was shoveled off of our steps once a day which was really nice too and unexpected. Great stay and would love to come back!

Mammoth Condo

We enjoyed staying at this condo for our visit to Mammoth for a ski trip recently. The location was perfect for walking to the slopes, and the condo itself had everything we needed. It was a great size for our group and clean. The one thing that could have been improved was the check-in and check-out process - we had to get the keys and drop them off at a different location, and it would've been a lot more convenient if we could have had keyless entry or some option like that. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Beautiful mountain condo

Overall a great property and experience. Clean, nicely appointed, comfortable. The loft had two beds and my kids loved it, but be aware that the loft counts as one of the three bedrooms. Kitchen was well-stocked with things like olive oil and spices. Only minor complaint is that we ran out of toilet paper and couldn’t find more. Not a big deal.

Beautiful house at an amazing location!!

I organize an annual moms getaway to Mammoth every winter and booked this house for 6 moms. It’s beautiful and clean and the beds are soooo comfortable! It was exactly what we needed. We walked to Canyon Lodge and back each day no problem. The bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathrooms are all gorgeous! I had read the reviews about the stairs and was nervous but they were clear of ice and snow for our stay. It is two stories which is tough unloading your car given the altitude, but totally worth it once you’re settled in. We will definitely be back!!

Overall this unit was nice. We were surprised at the number of flights of stairs to reach the front door. Had we been disabled or in less physical condition we would not have been able to stay at this location. Also, the unit was listed as three bedrooms, it should say two bedrooms and a loft.

This unit is spacious and appears to have been recently updated and well kept. It also we well stocked with all the kitchen essentials (which not all places seem to be). The only bummer is the stairs after a long hike or ride, but they're up-front with that in the description, and they're really not that bad.

Amazing family memories made

The condo was close to Canyon lodge for easy walking while carrying their things. We loved the view out the living room windows each morning and watching the squirrels play in the trees. And the unit is way up on the third floor with only outdoor stairs as access. Other than those small things, it was great!The furniture and beds are comfy and the place was very clean. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has newer furniture and appliances. Everything was in nice working order. Condo has MANY stairs 29 in fact! Not for out of shape or elderly(need to let renters know this in description!!! Nearest trash can are a good hike and so is pool and bbq( also up hill with lots of stairs. Beds were comfy except trundle bed( probably fine for child not adult).
