Propriété de luxe privée sur 5 acres de propriété dans la partie BEST de Scottsdale!

Notre maison fabuleuse maison dispose de lumières de la ville et de belles vues Pinnacle Peak ainsi que des montagnes environnantes. La maison est située dans une zone exclusive très privée mais très proche de toute l'action avec un accès facile aux autoroutes. Profitez de notre cour arrière de style resort qui comprend un court de tennis, un terrain de basket, des greens de golf, une piscine, un spa et un barbecue. Il y a aussi deux foyers et une cheminée à l'extérieur ramada l'arrière-cour est entièrement clôturé.

La maison est à quelques minutes du parcours de golf Grayhawk et du golf de Troon North. Juste un court trajet en voiture sur l'autoroute peut vous amener à l'un des meilleurs centres commerciaux dans le pays appelé Fashion Square Mall. En chemin, vous pouvez vous arrêter au Talking Stick Casino qui dispose également d'un practice de golf Top Golf qui est génial. Ils ont aussi deux excellents cours.

Everything was so wonderful. The property is gorgeous and has the best view in all of Scottsdale. The owner was by far the most responsive I’ve ever dealt with. Really loved the outside space and the house lacked nothing.

We had an awesome time. This home is magnificent. The view across the pool is spell binding and the pool itself is incredible. The home is spacious with everything you could possibly need. Many different seating areas which we enjoyed. We choose to not go out to dinner on most nights because the outside dining couldn't have been better than any restaurant.

Incredible property. Pool is amazing, hot tub is stellar. Everything from the interior to the surrounding grounds (yes, the grounds) are beautiful. All 4 bedrooms are spacious, clean, and inviting. Can't recommend this place enough. We were in town for a golf weekend and coming back to the house was the perfect way to end the day. Plenty of areas to hang out, cook, or just get lost both inside and out. Cherrel was super responsive. We had a small issue with the hot tub and she had someone there less than 15 minutes after I reached out via the app.

Wonderful stay! The hostess is the best! Responded immediately to our questions! We celebrated our 50th there Thanksgiving week with six adults and 4 children! House is perfect for a large group! The children loved the pool and tennis court. The adults all loved the back yard and sunsets! Incredible views! Great location! Private and secluded! Would recommend this to anyone! House has everything you need for a stay!

Private yet close to everything

Our family of 4 stayed at this amazing property for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the space, privacy and incredible view of the city. It is unique to find such a private oasis so close to shopping and major highways. If you are seeking a quiet location, it would be hard to do better.

The views and location are excellent the backyard is very spacious and very private. Enjoy tennis, hitting golf balls, playing basketball, relaxing by one of the fire pits and watching the sunset. Excellent for families.
