LARGE LIBRARY, FAST WI-FI. VERY QUIET AND SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD. THIS IS THE ENTIRE 1,070 sq ft., 2ND FLOOR OF A 15 YEAR OLD HOUSE. THERE ARE 16 STEPS UP TO THE 2ND FLOOR. WE ARE LOCATED CLOSE TO I-75, LEE UNIVERSITY AND ACCESS TO MANY OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES. THERE ARE 2 QUEEN BEDS AND 4 RECLINERS THAT ADULTS OR CHILDREN CAN SLEEP IN. We had a great 1 night stay at this unique property! It had everything we needed and was quite cozy, yet very spacious for our little family of 4. It was a perfect stopping point for our road trip as it’s right off the highway and very close to many restaurants and stores. We enjoyed all the little extra touches such as multiple types of phone chargers on the bedroom nightstand, a stocked coffee station, and a fun little video game console. Check-in and check-out was seamless. Definitely will stay here again!

This place was absolutely delightful. We were sorry we couldn't stay longer! The space is very clean, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully appointed with needed items. Everything is fresh and new. There are two bedrooms and four soft recliners that can be used for sleeping. The kitchenette, though small, is well-equipped enough to cook most things. It wouldn't be good for very small children as there is an open stairway and many interesting books and decorations. If we are ever passing through again, we will certainly stay again!

Another great stay at Mike’s house. We had an issue with the front for lock and he immediately answered phone and fixed problem in minutes. Home is always clean and welcoming. Beds are so comfortable. Our third stay here. Always a win.

We came up for a weekend getaway and we really enjoyed our stay here. Super easy check in and check out. The host was very quick to respond. This place was very cozy and it really made you feel right at home. We did not use ton of the kitchen stuff but it is equipped with anything you would need. The theatre space was comfy as well.

The kitchen was equipped with just about everything! Even a nice countertop two burners. The location was in a nice quiet neighborhood but still close to everything! The hosts were very kind and the space was so clean! We’d definitely stay here again.

It was a beautiful interior, very neat and clean! The biggest issue for my guest and I was that the host actually lived on the site! He and his family lives directly downstairs from the part of the house we stayed at. There is also a jacuzzi, but only the host and his family has access to the jacuzzi as the guest have a gate that separates the entrance to the jacuzzi outside. If the host did not also live in the house that we were staying at, I would give a 5-star. The host was also always wanting to be in the know of all things. It was very uncomfortable. And it’s unfortunate that it’s not highlighted in the bookings before booking. Very unsafe.

This is our second stay and we have already booked another date late this year. The apartment is pristine, spacious, and the beds are so comfortable. The host is wonderful and immediately responsive. We had to remove the cargo cage on our car temporarily and he helped us take it off our car and gave us a place to store it for a few days. We HIGHLY recommend this home.

just as advertised - nice place to stay

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and stay in this upstairs loft with multiple rooms, kitchen and seating areas. Be sure you are able to navigate narrow stairs with your luggage to find this great hide-away that is worth the climb!

We were in town just for two nights to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. He attends Lee University and the location was great. The space was adequate for what we needed and beds were comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

Convenient place to stay in Cleveland

This place is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in Cleveland while still being a short drive to the main roads where all of the stores and restaurants are (and I-75). The hosts were gracious and helpful. As the owner points out, the entry stairs are steep and narrow. He is not kidding, but we were able to navigate them. Just be aware that for some these might be a challenge if you have heavy suitcases. Even with these stairs, we would stay here again when we come back into town.
