Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located one level home. Within Walking Distance to the Greenway & Deer Park and only 2 Blocks to Lee University. Convenient to I-75 and Chattanooga is only 25 minutes away with the Ocoee & Hiwassee Rivers approximately 15 to 20 minutes distance. Our home is close to the Omega Center and the Tri-State Exhibition Center. Our cozy home is completely fenced and small dog friendly.
The space
Our home as 3 bedrooms with the King bed in the Master which includes an EnSuite Bathroom including 2 vanities with Tub/Shower Combo. The 2nd Bedroom is a Queen bed and the third bedroom has Twin Bed with Trundle Pull out perfect for 1 Adult and 1 Child or 2 Children. The 2nd Bath is in the Hall with Shower/Tub Combo.

Lee University track meet

Came to town for my son’s track meet and this house was so convenient to Lee University. Great house and back porch for hanging out with family. Would definitely stay here again!!

Comfortable inside and a great backyard!

Family gathering for memorial. Of all the Airbnb or Vrbo properties we rented this was by far everyone’s favorite. The deck and backyard just call you out to relax and enjoy the beautiful shade trees. The beds are very comfortable as is the living room furniture. We didn’t do any cooking but appreciated the snacks and coffee pods.

Charming home with beautiful updates

The home was beautiful, clean, peaceful, and charming. It had all of the charm of an older home with beautiful hardwoods and all of the updates of a new home. The bathrooms were and kitchen were updated with new titles and new appliances. We will stay there again, if we return to the area.

Perfect for Us!

David's cottage was perfect for our stay in Cleveland. The location in/near the Historic District was a bonus we didn't expect. I love the way the cottage has been renovated to an updated modern look without compromising the charm of an older home. We also really appreciated the fenced in back yard for our dog. Little things like the snacks and bottled water certainly were not necessary but let us know how much our hosts wanted us to enjoy our stay. The best review I can give is that we have already booked this cottage again for our return to Cleveland in the fall.

Cleveland Visit

The cottage was so adorable. They had done some remodeling and it was lovely. The home was very clean and there was plenty of room for my sister, daughter and I. The owner was very responsive and helpful. He even came to the home at 12:45am to unlock our door for us. He was heaven sent for sure. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Cleveland.
