The Fraser Trail is steps out the front door.

Gorgeous views, walk along the creek on a paved 2 mile trail to downtown. Stroll, Snowshoe or Fat Bike to downtown. Great for kids! Fun to throw rocks in the river.

Winter Park entrance to the Fraser Trail - Paved trail allows one to venture to the downtown area via fat bike or snowshoe when feeling adventurous.

One car garage and driveway. Do not block next door unit’s driveway. Plenty of free overflow parking

Garage will fit an SUV, but not an oversized SUV like a Suburban, but free parking in development. May fit an Expedition

Walk to the front entrance of Trademark, take a right and go over the bridge, covered bus stop is across the street from Alpine Sun Ski Shop - Ride is less than 1 minute to gondola

At the entrance of the Trademark Development, look up to the left and you will the bus entrance, you can walk through there, to the Gondola

Wedding Weekend

This worked out well for our family attending our son’s wedding. Clearly dated place, but very comfortable. Some maintenance is required: grill dirty and not usable, dryer vent needs attention, door knob on upper bathroom needs to be fixed, screen in upper bedroom needs repair.

Beautiful Location

The location was perfect - a 10 minute walk to the slopes or a quick shuttle ride. 4 bedrooms nicely accommodate 10 people without utilizing common spaces. Only complaints were that owner was unable to easily communicate thru the VRBO app. which caused some anxiety on the day of check-in. We did however get the info we needed. Also - the place was not very clean - mold in the showers and tub, visibly dirty kitchen sink, dust piled on the ceiling fan, window that would not shut all the way in one of the bedrooms and generally not as clean as I expected. Contacted the owner and they said they will investigate and are remodeling the bathrooms and kitchen this spring. Hopefully these issues will be taken care of before the next rental. 3 star review is because the listing states "VERY CLEAN" - and it was not at all very clean. Otherwise - it would be an ideal rental.

Great location

We had two couples and an adult son staying there. With 3 levels, we had plenty of room and were never crowded. Bus stop was just at the end of the driveway. The down stairs bunk room was great for everyone to watch movies. Host responded quickly and was very accommodated.

Great stay, perfect for a ski week!

The condo was perfect for our family, lots of space to spread out and relax after the day on the slopes. Very close to Winter Park Resort. The hot tub was a very short walk and was great to relax at the end of the day.

Great Spot

Nice getaway that's within walking distance to the gondola. Easy access and Erin was very responsive as a host. We had a great time.

Great location and great space!

The property was located within walking distance of Winter Park Resort for skiing and snowboarding. The cabin/condo was as advertised. It provided plenty of space for my whole family. The management was more than accommodating and responded quickly to any and all questions. Would stay again for sure.

Slopeside perfection

Perfect slopeside location with lots of natural light and mountain views from every window. The kids loved watching the Gondola from the balcony, and we loved them having the extra 'rec' room to play and watch tv in, giving us adults some space on the main floor. Well stocked kitchen, Erin was a great host, replied immediately. Highly recommend this spot.
