This room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a full bathroom to ensure comfort and convenience for guests. The fourth bedroom features a bunk bed, ideal for hosting extra guests or children. The lower level of the townhome includes a spacious mudroom area connected to the garage, providing parking space for one vehicle. Regrettably, there is no air conditioning available in this area.
The Homeowner Association strictly prohibits smoking and bringing pets onto the property. Guests will face a fine of 200 per day for violating these rules
