Our Condo in the Las Gavias Grand Resort, has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms + a 2 person sofa bed
There is an open living room / dining room / fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony overlooking the ocean
The resort has a wonderful infinity pool, with jacuzzies and barbeque areas right on the beach front
It also includes a game room, movie theatre room and sauna / steam room.
The resort is ideally located in the quiet resort of Cerritos, very close to Marina, with great beaches, restaurants and bars. An ideal location for couples and families.

Everything was great. Communicating with the owner was quick and easy. The property manager Romeo was amazing, willing to help us with whatever we needed. The view from the unit is stunning. Very quiet and peaceful stay.

Communication with Helena & Paul was easy. They also offered pick up and drop off to airport by Romeo, who was great. Romeo made check in so easy and smooth. While we checked in with the office he took his time to go up to the condo to turn on the AC for us and gave us a quick walk around. We enjoyed our time at the condo with great views of the ocean. The pool was great watching the sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

Pacific View

The apartment was lovely. The best part was the balcony overlooking the Pacific sunsets. Spectacular! The location of was more isolated than we expected. Taxis were fine; if we stayed longer we would learn the busses. People friendly and helpful. Romeo was terrific, and his English is perfect. Swimming pool great but pool chairs were too low for people with knee issues. We found fine restaurants both in Zona Dorada and Centro. Fresh Market in Zona Dorada was excellent.

Birthday getaway!

My husband, mother and cousin, travelled to MazatlĂĄn and we had a wonderful and beautiful stay. Romeo answered all our needs, immediately! He went above and beyond helping us watch the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday night football at the condo. We are going back next year and plan to stay at the same resort. Grounds are beautiful and easy access to the beach.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our time at Las Gavias. Condo was clean and nice. Our host was very helpful and we had lots of fun in the sun. Views and sunsets from balcony were so nice. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool a lot too. A quiet sweet place!

Relaxing and beautiful

Our whole stay was wonderful. The view was breathtaking, every night we could watch the sunset. Food wasn't too far away and was delicious. They have a convenience store OXXO right across the street. The condo was gorgeous and really kept up well. Everything that we needed was available, and washer and dryer. The guest book was really helpful. The property manager Romeo was outstanding, he really helped us and was super informative, he made sure we felt right at home. We stayed at another place during our time and it did not compare. The infinity pool is the most updated heated pool at this time. My 7 year old did not want to leave. The only thing I could have asked for was more time to stay! We will come back as soon as we can. Hopefully this gem is still available, and really hopefully Romeo will be around too. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo

Amazing Condo

We loved our stay at this amazing condo! Las Gavias is one of the nicest resort type condos in Mazatlan. Upon booking I was contacted by our host Elena who was friendly and easy to work with. She gave me clear instructions for our contact during our stay and it was a very smooth check in -and check out process. Romeo who was the contact in Mazatlan was prompt and great to interact with as well. Communication during our stay was prompt and efficient. I appreciated how considerate and thoughtful our hosts were by providing plenty of towels and amenities. The condo itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was clean, stocked, and had a useful information binder with recommendations to eat at or visit. Our favorite part of the entire trip was listening to the sound of the ocean as we slept. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Mazatlan.
