Stunning ocean views, very nice building with great amenities. Close to Historical Centre. Easy to walk the Malecon or catch a ride to golden zone. MarĂ­a Elena checked us in and was extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Everything from the onset was excellent
.Communication with the property manager, the security of the building, the cleanliness of the pool and roof top common area. Our condo was impeccable and had lovely artwork and was tastefully decorated. Although you get the Malecon noise, it’s the compromise you take when getting that gorgeous bay view. Would consider in the future as a long term stay as the Historico Centro is basically a 20 minute walk away.

Beautiful apartment

I think the only complaint was the fat-shaming elevator. It seems my wife and I, my 175 kilo friend and his wife are a bit much for the small elevator that goes from the street to the lobby. A loud beep and an open door so everyone can see who the chubbies are, before you go up to the lobby 2 at a time.Other than that, this a clean and comfortable condo with a spectacular, 10th floor view. The rooftop area with comfortable chairs and sofas is one flight of stairs up and is likewise spectacular. We were there for the weekend of Carnaval, so even on the 10th floor there was a lot of noise. The concert area for Carnaval was 300 meters down the street from the building, so foot and vehicle traffic at night was incredible. We were there for Carnaval, and have been before, so we knew what to expect. Even on other weekends, Mazatlan is a city of music and its played loudly from stereos in the vehicles cruising the Malecon. If you want quiet, any apartment on the Malecon is not a good choice at any time.The location is wonderful. 20 minutes walk to Centro Historico and easy access to pulmonias in front for travel anywhere else in the city (marked taxis are much cheaper). Moises and Danny were the doormen and were helpful and great for information. Maria-Elena was the property manager and was spot on, communicative and friendly. This was our 7th visit to MazatlĂĄn, and this Condo has the best view and was, by far,, the best value for the money.

Lovely condo. Elena, co-host met us as arranged and let us into the condo. Great amenities in the building. Daniel and Moises on the desk were friendly and very helpful. Great location - right on the malecon and 15 minute walk to the center of town.
