GREAT Home Base-Big family
This is a very nice, clean, and roomy place to stay in FL. We were able to cook in the kitchen for small meals. It was very quiet and nice to come back to peace and quiet after a Disney filled day! Beds slept good. Just wish the hot tub and pool stayed open later (closes at 8 pm). Thanks for an awesome Spring Break 2023!

Amazing Trip!
This unit was a great fit for our family to stay! We had 5 adults 2 toddler/infant and a teen. We all fit comfortably! It was nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was tucked in the back corner where it was pretty quiet and relaxing when we were not a Disney. Extremely close to everything. The property manager was fast at responding to any questions. Would definitely stay again!

TV in master did not work and there were not enough towels in the property to accommodate my entire party. Was offer an apology but not action was taken to resolve the problems.

I apologize for the misunderstanding! I ordered a new TV immediately upon learning this but unfortunately, it did not arrive in time for your stay. In terms of the towels, there is one towel per guest (our maximum is 10). I have confirmed with our cleaning team that this policy stands currently and moving forward. I misunderstood your notes about it not being an urgent situation so I apologize for that. Thank you for the feedback as it helps me continue to improve as a host!
