The secluded log cabin is nestled near the Nantahala National Forest, overlooking a beautiful and private 7-acre pasture, hidden amongst 11 acres of nature with a beautiful view of the magnificent Yellow Mountains off in the distance. Notable nearby natural landmarks include the Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest and the magical Lake Santeetlah.

This serene fairy tale location is ideal for those looking for a quiet and peaceful feel of a beautiful mountain retreat that provides an escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. If you ever need something, you'll be happy to know that Robbinsville (necessities, gas, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.) is just a short 5-minute drive away.

As you already know, our charming property is a perfect base for driving and exploring the Tail of the Dragon, the Cherohala Skyway, and the Moonshiner 28.

We strongly recommend that you arrive in a vehicle as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the entire beautiful area. As you already know, we offer free parking spots and the road as well as our driveway is completely paved.

Having offline Maps (process mentioned in the "Other Things to Note" category) will quickly drive around the area without getting lost. There is not much internet service in the surrounding area. Map accordingly before arriving to the destination.

★CAR & MOTORCYCLE-FRIENDLY★
Fellow riders are most welcome! Enjoy the experience of driving the Tail of the Dragon, the Cherohala Skyway, and the Moonshiner 28, all within minutes of your front door! We have prepared complimentary car wash supplies and covered parking to make your ride shine for the scenic cruise, the perfect shot, or the intense rally event.

★NATIONAL FOREST WILDLIFE★
As the property is immersed in the glorious forest ambiance, bugs and wildlife sightings are common! We suggest keeping the doors (cabin and cars) locked and food inside. Never feed the wildlife. Also, please be mindful of the poison oak that can be found within the area.

★CLEANING/COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

If you have any allergies or sensitivities to harsh cleaning chemicals, you can rest assured that you won't find any of those here.

ATVs, dirt bikes, and rally cars can offer the experience of a lifetime. While we encourage you to get dirty and partake in these adrenaline-packed activities, we kindly ask you to respect our home by leaving the shoes outside and keeping it cozy and clean.

★ PET RULE ★
Dogs only with a pet fee. Must be House trained and Under 20 pounds
Confirm with host before booking, certain breeds are NOT allowed.
Please do NOT allow pets on the furniture or beds. NEVER left unattended inside or outside the home. Pooping/peeing outside of the home, please pick up any poop.
ANY dogs brought without permission or that breaks any of these rules will result in a fee and dog/guests may be asked to leave the premises without refund
