Margate boasts numerous places to worship, shop and play; including a tree-lined walkable business district filled with restaurants, cafes and boutique shops offering a variety of eclectic wares and mouth-watering flavor profiles.

Our waterfront boasts some of the most stunning sunsets along the Jersey Shore and there are many draws for those who enjoy water-sports, including paddle-boarding, jet skiing, fishing and boating. Margate has many opportunities for the vacationer looking to be in the middle of everything. After you have seen our National Historic Landmark, the famed Lucy the Elephant, join the nature lovers bird-watching in the nearby marsh areas or travel to our neighboring communities like Atlantic City where the opportunities for date night include comedy shows, concerts and casinos. Perfect property

We had a wonderful vacation! The house was pristine and had everything and anything you could possibly need. The location was perfect, close to everything. The backyard was amazing and such a bonus. We could not ask for more and hope to stay here again!

Perfect Family Getaway

Joanne is the perfect host! The home is updated, clean and she has so many items that you need when you’re away on vacation. We were able to walk easily downtown, to the bay restaurants and to the beach. It’s a perfect location! She was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. My family would rent from her again in a heartbeat.
