5805 House est la magnifique et luxueuse propriété que les adultes aiment, mais garde les enfants amusant! Nous avons des lits king size, une douche chauffée avec des fonctionnalités de cascade, jacuzzi, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, un bar, et plus pour les adultes. Avec la plage à moins d'un pâté de maisons, les enfants peuvent frolick toute la journée entre la piscine chauffée avec plongeoir et la plage / océan!

Chambres / Salle de bain: Nos maison dispose de quatre grandes chambres spacieuses de maître avec salle de bains attenante. Les chambres sont réparties de telle sorte que les clients ont la vie privée.

Deux salles de bains disposent d'une baignoire et d'une douche autonome. L'une de ces douches est l'air chauffé avec des sons de chute d'eau. Il est vraiment très relaxant. La troisième salle de bain dispose d'une baignoire / douche. La quatrième salle de bains est une unité de douche. Une cinquième salle de bains avec douche est à la disposition des clients afin qu'ils ne doivent pas marcher à travers une chambre d'utiliser une salle de bains.

Cuisine: La cuisine est équipée d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, y compris un lave-vaisselle, vin et soda réfrigérateurs, d'un réfrigérateur debout, et un congélateur debout. Les armoires et les tiroirs sont entièrement approvisionné avec des pots et des casseroles si vous préférez la cuisine. Vous ne voulez pas manger dans la salle à manger, manger dans le coin petit-déjeuner à la place!

Salle à manger: La salle à manger 8 et donne sur la piscine et bain à remous.

Bar: Le bar a deux réfrigérateurs. Asseyez-vous sur les tabourets de bar que votre barman fait vos boissons!

Salons: Notre maison a deux aires de repos. On dispose d'un grand, télévision à écran plat et haut-parleurs de sorte que vous pouvez regarder des films et des spectacles. Le deuxième coin salon permet à vos invités de s'asseoir et se mêlent près du bar.

Piscine: La piscine est grande et chauffée, et dispose d'un plongeoir.

Plage: Notre maison est à moins d'un pâté de maisons de la plage. Notre partie de la plage dispose de la promenade et ce qui rend pour de grandes possibilités de prendre tôt jogs du matin ou se promener le soir.

Parking: Notre maison dispose de deux garages. Vous pouvez également garer dans l'allée dont on devine peut tenir un 6-8 voitures supplémentaires.

Griller: Nous avons un grand barbecue à gaz si vous voulez faire griller tout en étant suspendu par la piscine.

Divertissement / Restaurants: Ventnor City a des tonnes de jolies boutiques et d'excellents endroits pour manger. Il est également un tour de dix minutes courte dans Atlantic City si vous souhaitez faire du shopping dans les points de vente, voir un spectacle ou un film, ou jouer un peu!

Épicerie: L'épicerie (Acme) est 1. 3 miles ou un court lecteur de 4 minutes.

Le prix comprend tous les services publics, une connexion Wi-Fi, et Comcast télévision avec chaînes thématiques dans chaque chambre et dans le salon. Les draps et les serviettes de bain sont fournis gratuitement.

We had an amazing time at this property. It was absolutely perfect for our family. The pool was a plus on days that we didn’t go to the beach which was a short walk across the street. The house is very large with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The fact that it was all one level was a plus. The location was perfect being that it is a short distance from Atlantic City and Ocean city, and under an hour to Cape May. The owner was friendly, responsive, and helpful. We would definitely come back to this property!!!

Getting family together

During this time of COVID we are all missing out on seeing our loved ones. This house had everything a extended family would want or need. The location was great with nearby restaurants having great deliveries plus the ocean only a block away ... to a Steel pier with rides for our granddaughter. It also is a ranch which we needed for us older people. The heated pool & heated jacuzzi Were the hit for the younger people even In October! We all had our own space if needed but the MOST important thing was we were happily together with our whole family. Irina was great if you had any problems and things were all resolved right away.

Perfect getaway

This house was such a gem! We had such trouble finding a house near the beach that would accommodate our group (2 sets of grandparents, a great-grandmom with a walker (no steps), our family AND pets). We also wanted a pool and this house had all of that and more! The heated inground pool and hot tub were amazing - especially when staying home with COVID. The house was also fully stocked - kitchen, linens, and crib and toddler bed. On top of it all, the owner was very communicative and helpful. Highly, highly recommend!

Great location and nice house. Pool was a must with small kids and bedrooms were ample spaced out so everyone had some space. 1 block walk to beach and outdoor shower was nice. Communication with owner was easy. Plenty of pool toys and beach chairs

Great house

House was really spread out and open. Plenty of space for eating, playing cards, chatting plus separate space with four large bedrooms and baths. A block from ocean/boardwalk made it ideal even in cold spring weather.

Overall a nice place to stay but pros and cons

Pros: Our party included 8 adults and pets and we never felt cramped for space! The floor plan was open enough to give everyone plenty of room when we were all together while the bedrooms were spaced out enough to give plenty of privacy too. The pool was in good condition and there were lots of poolside chairs for everyone to use. We bought a lot of our own food for the house and were happy to find that the fridge and freezer were big enough to accommodate groceries from all four couples. Not a whole lot of restaurants in the immediate area but a few good ones within a short drive. There is a great coffee house and ice cream shop within walking distance that we visited frequently. The surrounding area was very nice, we often admired the housing and landscaping in the immediate area when taking walks or bike rides. The beach was just a short walk away and was never overcrowded, very relaxing! Communication with the property owners was generally helpful with reasonable response times. Cons: We cooked a lot of our own meals while staying at the house and were disappointed to find that the igniter on the stove was malfunctioning, the display on the oven was very faded and difficult to read when entering desired oven temperature, and the beverage cooler was not chilling drinks properly. The jacuzzi was showing a pilot light malfunctioning error, so we were unfortunately never able to use the jacuzzi during our stay. One of the gravity chairs by the pool was broken; the bolt kept coming loose on the arm of the chair whenever someone tried to sit in it. Also while the tub in the master suite had jets, which our guest of honor was looking forward to using, they did not work and we were told they were blocked. Despite cons the overall stay was relaxing and pleasant; guest of honor (vacation booked for mother's 60th birthday) was very happy with the house and location and all guests agreed it was a great 'home-away-from-home' and would be worth booking again!

Great house for larger groups!

Expansive, well maintained space with four large bedrooms and baths. The pool was a huge plus for us, as some in our party were not big beach people. The pool Was a little dated but clean and very functional. The property is on a busy corner, but street noise wasn't a problem in the house. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a large place close to the beach with a pool.

Family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Ventnor at this beautiful home. Just as the pictures show it has a nice open floor plan. The bedrooms are spacious, linens provided including towels. The kitchen fully loaded with dishes, pots, pans etc. The outside pool is heated and so wonderfully relaxing. The restaurants in Ventnor and Margate are fantastic. We didn't have one bad meal. We are looking forward to going back again next year with our brand new grandson, Forrest. He will be 9 months old by then.

From the minute that we entered the home we loved everything about it! Very beautiful decor and spacious. It was the perfect size for a big family. The location was perfect, only a block from the beach. The area was very peaceful and also beautiful. All-in-all we all had a wonderful experience and would absolutely come back! 5 stars!

Fabulous Vacation Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this great, luxurious house one block from the beach. The house is very open, airy, clean, modern, and perfect for a large family gathering or for three couples. The backyard pool and hot tub are wonderful additions for relaxing after spending time at the beach. The owners are extremely responsive and great people! We hope to return next year.

Fourth of July Week

We had a wonderful time during Fourth of July Week down in in Ventnor. The house was perfect and we loved how close it was to the beach. The house is equipped with a pool and a grill, perfect for family dinners and an evening swim. We loved the house and will hopefully be back soon!

Best Ventnor City Rental

This is an exceptional property to rent as it is centrally located, in superb condition and is maintained perfectly. The pool is heated, clean and delightful with the beach only a block away. The furnishings are impeccable, the kitchen fully equipped, the bedrooms and baths huge and well done. This is a house I will rent again.
