Welcome to 5 Oak Ave, downtown Rehoboth Beach in The Pines!
OVERVIEW: Pet-friendly; OCEAN BLOCK! Adorable, clean, and spacious bi-level single-family home with five bedrooms and 3 Âœ bathrooms, sleeping 12 comfortably. The first level offers a fantastic screened-in porch, living room, dining room, spacious kitchen with recent updates, primary bedroom with ensuite, and an additional bedroom with two twin beds. Step outside to a huge backyard with a grill, picnic table, and amazing outdoor shower. Upstairs features three additional bedrooms, a brand-new hall bathroom, and a powder room—plenty of space for the whole family. Private parking for four cars, with additional parking passes available for off-street parking.
LOCATION: OCEAN BLOCK on Oak Ave, just steps from the beach and three blocks from the north end of the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. Enjoy the quieter, family-friendly vibe of North Rehoboth Beach, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and leisurely strolls. A short walk or bike ride brings you to the famous Rehoboth boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and the sparkling Atlantic beaches. Nearby are also pristine beaches like Henlopen Acres and Rehoboth East Beach, offering scenic views and plenty of sand for fun in the sun.
PARKING: Private driveway for three to four cars.
AMENITIES: Washer, dryer, central AC, gas grill, outdoor shower, ceiling fans, and Wi-Fi.
THINGS TO KNOW: Two dogs permitted with a pet fee. Linens are not supplied, but a rental program is available. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. The VRBO service fee will not appear on the Rental Agreement.

Very nice place. Excellent location. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed hanging out and eating dinner on the screened front porch. Best outdoor shower ever!

We found this to be a very charming cottage in a great location. The kitchen was very well appointed.The only issue we had was that when we walked in the house barefoot or with stocking feet, it became evident they hadn’t been washed as our feet/stockings became very dirty. Regardless, we would stay there again

Great house and great location for large family

We loved the classic beach house look that merged antiques with modern conveniences. This was the best outdoor shower and changing area out of the many places we've rented over the years. There were ample actual beds as opposed to other properties that counted multiple foldout couches as "beds". Our group ranged in age from 20 to 78 and with varying activity levels and preferences being walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants meant not having to coordinate or fight for parking. We arrived from five different states and had plenty of parking for all the rental cars. Air conditioning worked really well, as did all appliances and the grill.

Fun vacation home!

Our family of 12 had a wonderful stay in this home! Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the wrap around porch, big dining room table and picnic table, outside shower
so many amenities! .Lots of parking! So close to the beach!

Wonderful house in a great location

We visited in September so the beach and boardwalk were not crowded. House has old beachhouse charm but is comfortably equipped with modern kitchen and bathrooms and nicely furnished. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Rooms/beds are comfortable. We spent alot of time relaxing on the front screened porch. House is steps from beach access and two blocks from the boardwalk. We found lots to do at Rehoboth Beach! Town has lovely neighboardhoods, shops and parks. We walked to restaurants and biked to Gordon's Pond SP. Enjoyed visiting a farmers market, RB Art League and museum, and hardly used our car during our stay. As instructed, we brought our linens and towels, but found there were plenty of towels and blankets (not sheets) in a closet. We highly recommend this rental house and will return!

Great stay

This was a family get together in the off season, Great Beach house and super close to the ocean. Nice porch, we spent most of the time there even though the weather was iffy. Nice and close to boardwalk and town!

Great beach location and nice house

The screened-in porch was wonderful, and the proximity to the beach made coming and going during the day easy. The house was even better than it looked in the photos. A great week!

Lots of wood.

This home is in a great location. Weather was terrible so we didn’t get to do too much at the beach. Glad it wasn’t nice enough to sit outside because the table and chairs looked like they hadn’t been cleaned this year. House is very dark and needs some updates. The furniture looks like it’s 50 years old and dirty. Some simple updates and this could be a beautiful place. We still enjoyed it and loved the extra long table in dining room for games and dinners.
