Trois étages, 5 cac (1 King, 3 Queen, 1 simple) unité d'extrémité TH à La Grande à Canal Pointe! Balcon, terrasse et patio pour voir les couchers de soleil et la fontaine de l'étang. Terrain pour courir, jouer au frisbee, b-ball et grill. Notre propre héron bleu fréquente notre étang! Intimité de la maison avec des espaces de rassemblement confortables, couchage supplémentaire sur un canapé-lit queen dans un salon semi-privé LL. Belle cuisine en granit bien équipée, mobilier confortable, salle de jeux pour enfants / 2 lits simples. Baignoire de jardin à jets. Situé au sommet du magnifique sentier Junction-Breakwater, à environ 1,5 mile de la plage, 3 vélos adultes disponibles. Marchez jusqu'à 2 piscines communautaires, des cerceaux, 2 clubs avec des installations d'entraßnement, pétanque, tennis et jeu de palets. Marchez jusqu'à la brasserie Revelation, un grand point d'eau communautaire. Un demi-mile au début des points de vente de Tanger et des hotspots de Rehobeth Ave, du parc aquatique, des voiturettes, des films, du golf Putput et de Rt. 1 restaurants.

Spacious, clean house. Communication with Scott ahead of and during our stay was exceptional! Check in process was easy and straightforward. Kitchen was well stocked with spices, pots, pans, etc. Location was ideal on quiet street, close to neighborhood amenities (gym/pool), right near bike path to Lewes, 5 minute bike ride to Rehoboth Creative Market/ Revelation Brewery, and 5 min drive to downtown Rehoboth/beach. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

This property has everything needed for a fun beach vacation. It has many nice amenities including bikes, beach chairs and the community pool that was in walking distance was very nice! The property is extremely clean and accurately represented in photos and description. The host was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions. He also offered several tips for getting around the area that was very thoughtful!

Back for the 5th year to this lovely beach retreat that holds all 10 of us comfortably - enough beds and bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, useful extra beverage fridge, and comfortable spaces for gathering and eating. The beautiful deck overlooking the pond seals the deal! Close to the bike trail, beach, and outlet shopping. Several bikes and beach chairs also provided (who does that)? Thanks for another great year!

This place met all of our needs, and more. The property owner thoughtfully included many extras, including beach chairs, beach toys and bicycles. The location is ideal. We would definitely stay here again, and most definitely recommend it!

Nice Place

The house was perfect for what we needed, we came as a family to go to the beach. Plenty of space in the living area and seating for eating. The community pool was nice. The hose was very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. They even checked on us during our stay to make sure things were going good. It was a great place to stay. When we go again we will certainly look into staying there.

Wonderful home for a family

We had an amazing time in this wonderful house. It is beautiful, spacious and very well stocked. The bedrooms are spread, so one does not hear noises. It so easy to go and come back from the beach. The pool is very nice. The host was very communicative which is great. We loved it.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The Grande at Canal Pointe is only 1.5 hours from where we live and work in North Wilmington. The Grande Trent House is also close to the beach, but not so close that you are jammed in on a small property. We wanted space, while still being close to the beach, nightlife, restaurants and fun. We chose this location because it's in the middle of so many fun options.

The main unique benefit of our beach house is space, while still close to everything! 5 private bedrooms and a semi-private queen pull-out in the LL sitting room. This house is also located in a wonderful community with friendly people.
