Located along North Ocean Drive in the lovely community of Hollywood Beach, we put travelers in the heart of the action.
Our apartment has 1 bedroom + 1 den, 1 bathroom, towels, sheets, and wifi.
The master bedroom includes 1 King size bed, a flat-screened TV, and a full closet. You can enjoy entertainment in the cozy living room that's decked with 1 convertible sofa couch, 1 single-seater sofa chair, flat-screened TV, study area and a dining area that accommodates 4 guests. The den has an extra convertible sofa couch with a flat-screen tv.
The modern-crafted-crafted kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with the necessary tools you'll need to cook delicious meals.
This is the perfect setting for the perfect getaway.
Right by Hollywood beach, only few min away from Aventura mall. IMPORTANT: Beach service is not included in the quote.

The guest must contact us 24 hrs before arrival to confirm time of meeting. Also the day of the arrival, should reconfirm 45 minutes before arriving to the building for the check in. Guest can be subject to extra charges for early check in/late check out.

The guest must complete the registration at the check in. You must also present a copy of the ID of the reservation holder and his companions.(The holder of the reservation must be present - Mandatory)

These properties are privately managed with strict policies, be aware that any reservation must be done and followed up by a person 21+ of age.
The guest is subject to extra charges if there are any modifications on the amount of people listed on the reservation.
The guest should confirm 45 minutes before arriving to the building for the check in. Guest can be subject to extra charges for early check in/late check out.
Check ins are between 4pm and 10pm if you would like to check in before or after those hours a $55 charge plus tax will be added.
I acknowledge that I have rented a Condo Unit and that the owner or the realtor is who I need to ask for anything. Employees or other owners of the association are not responsible for my rental agreement of the unit.
I understand that the building is a Condominium and as such it is to be enjoyed as a home with neighbors who expect a level of quietness before the hours of 8:00 AM and after 10:00 PM.
I have enough fobs for my entire party and if for some reason I don't have it with me or at all I will sign in with the valet and show them my identification.
I will throw all the trash in the bags down the laundry chute and no place else. Any trash that does not fit down the chute, I will bring it down and place inside the dumpster outside the lower garage. Under no circumstances will I put my garbage anywhere else. I will follow house rules and prevent any type of smoke/fire in the apartment. I acknowledge that causing the fire alarm to go off will bring the fire rescue and result in a charge of $1,010.00.
I will never leave any items in the hallway to include (but not limited to) shoes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and groceries.
I will not play music (except with headphones plugged in) in any of the common areas to include the pool backyard.

The room, location, and amenities were great! Our bathroom door did stick and the handle came off. But that was the only issue with the room.

Overpriced, hidden fees, broken washer and dryer, no kitchen supplies

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Hotel/ resort is ok, not super clean for the price. This property does not include anything in the kitchen. We actually had to go to purchase so much stuff to make meals. The only thing that was there was 4 bowls, plates and silverware and so really beat up pans. The unit didn’t even have a coffee maker. I ended up purchasing over 100 work of kitchen stuff so we were able to cook. I message the manager about the coffee maker and did not hear back for two days. They said one should be there and told me they would look into it. I never heard back for them. We stayed for 7 days. Also there was an extra 500 manager fee that I was unaware of, make sure to read their long property agreement before booking. The resort also had an additional 500 fee which I knew about. I would NOT book this unit. The washer and dry unit was broken so we were unable to do laundry in the apartment.

This location is ideal and the property is great -- outstanding rooftop with hot tub, heated pool, bar, and spectacular view of sunsets! Centrally located, wonderful.
