Our stay was fabulous! Ross communicated with us from the time the reservation was made until after we had ended our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The unit is located in great spot in relation to the elevators and amenities. The Tides grounds and pool are also very clean and the beach access is so convenient. We would stay again and recommend this unit and The Tides.

The place was clean. Host very responsive. Bed was comfortable. We had a great time was just 2 adults. If you have children I would consider a different place. They have very strict rules by the pool and kids can’t be kids. They wouldn’t even let little kids jump into mothers arm in the pool.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment with a balcony and a beautiful ocean view. The space is clean, bright, and very cozy. The interior design and furniture are thoughtfully chosen, creating a stylish and comfortable atmosphere.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including clean and elegant dishes and utensils, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The host was excellent — very responsive, responsible, and easy to communicate with. Everything was smooth from start to finish.We truly loved this place and would be happy to come back again — more than once!

First of all, the room was great and just what we needed. The host was very responsive during our stay. However there is no in unit laundry and it is an extra charge to use.The property was not the best. We were dropped off by the driver at our building and immediately had to go to the other building to check in and get wrist bands. They wouldn’t hold our luggage at the desk. When we got there we had to sign a list of about rules for the property. We were not given a copy of these rules. The next day at the pool we were using a speaker and were asked to turn it off so we did, right away and apologized as I didn’t remember reading that rule. Next thing you know we were approached by a security guard with a clipboard to take our names because we broke the rules. Also 2 more security guards showed up. Talk about being made to feel like a child. After that it felt like walking on eggshells. It is not the kind of place you can have fun. Staff was very rude. Oh and the pool closed at 5pm. It’s is close to a Publix but not much else. No beach bar or pool bar so if that’s your scene this is probably not the place for you. You can rent chairs on the beach but get a voucher where you check in and save yourself the walk!All in all an ok stay. Unit was clean and comfortable: place just did not have a great vibe
