This is a beautiful home, exactly as described and pictured, steps away from the Highlands lift, and perfectly clean. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Magical place!

This was the most incredible week in Aspen and in large part bc of Lexi and her family’s beautiful place! It was gorgeous, conveniently located, the perfect size for me and my two kids to relax and hang. We can’t wait to come back! Don’t think twice if you are considering staying here. Spectacular ski home with perfect location!

Our family of 4 recently stayed at Lexi's mountain house for 7 nights and it was truly one of the best homes we have ever rented. The home was brand new and everything was so clean, beautiful and modern--even better than what we expected based on the photos online! The location was also perfect. It was so easy to walk across the street to grab a quick meal at the Highlands Alehouse with our kids and it was a short drive to downtown Aspen. Our family would love to return next year. Thank you Lexi for being such a warm and responsive host!

This property was just as nice as the photos show! Everything was new and clean, with great design and quality. The layout of the space and accommodations were perfect, especially the en suite bathrooms in every room. The patios are cozy with great furniture and fireplaces, making it easy to spend lots of time enjoying the sound of the river below. Being in Aspen Highlands gave us the chance to enjoy a quieter spot outside the busyness of downtown Aspen, and the nearby access to the Maroon Bells walking/bike trail was nice in the evenings. Right across the street (walking distance) is the Ritz property where you can find two great taverns with nice patios and views. This spot is perfect for a big family or several couples looking to have nice shared space and private quarters.

Very nice

It is a very nice place to stay, conform to all pictures, spaceful, modern and weel decorated. The location is perfect as it is walking distance to the gondola (5mn walking), so don't have to park your car, pay a parking etc... The is no shop around, so to buy foods and beverages, you have to go back to aspen village, but as it is in most of the rents around. Aspen Highlands is probably the best mountain in Aspen. I would highly recommand this place to stay.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love having 3 separate bedrooms with in suite private bathrooms for each. The lower floor has a pullout couch and a full bathroom. This can be used for additional guests.

There are 4 decks. The first floor deck has heat at the top and has the fireplace that is an indoor outdoor fireplace.

The lower level has private deck. One second floor bedroom has 2 decks. One faces the creek. The other is to the side and has an outdoor fireplace and tv over it. Perfect for relaxing outdoors.

The condo is located across the road from Highlands. Highlands has challenging terrain and bowls. It has the famous Cloud 9 restaurant. It is located just outside the core of Aspen. There are Free shuttle buses across the street to go into the core of Aspen or to ski other mountains.
