Not ideal for cooking in …

The condo is nice as are the Ritz Carlton facilities. It accommodated our family well but for the fact that the kitchen was sparsely appointed with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Things were quite hectic upon arrival & the check in process was not smooth, but the staff were otherwise great.

Spring break ski vacation

It was wonderful to be at the base of highlands and have all the amenities of the Ritz Carlton Club. The shuttle and town bus to Aspen made getting there very easy and allowed us to pop in and out as we wanted. The unit was very comfortable and clean but the decor sorely needs updating. All in all it was a very good experience.

Our first trip to Aspen was amazing! We were so very impressed with the location and perfect 3 bedroom unit. I can’t say enough of this property. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend the Aspen Highlands Ritz. It was spectacular in every way!!

Great stay great service

We had a great vacation with a family ranging in age from 8 to 80. The service at the club was great. The concierge was helpful making plans ahead of time, responsive to all requests and overall very helpful. Aspen was packed, and we were appreciative of being separate from the hustle and bustle, all while having a full kitchen, space for all and a pool and hot tub downstairs. Appliances were available if needed as were spices (food processor and oregano were needed, both readily available!) and we were impressed. The staff at the bell desk was also super helpful. The only minor feedback was that the decor in the units is dark. You can see this in the pictures so it is accurately represented. Also, a few times the pool could have been skimmed a bit more. But all in all very minor areas of improvement and a unit we would definitely book again. Thank you!

This property is at a great location. Close enough to town to enjoy nightly outings and the perfect distance to the slopes which makes everyday easy for our family of 5. Everyone was very helpful in ensuring that our children were taken care of to and from and even on the slopes.

The Aspen Highlans Ritz is a lovely property. We just had several issues.

The unit was great except for the following maintenance issues. Our a/c didn’t work at first, a foul odor coming through the vents (seemed like a dead animal) and swarming termites on the porch.

Everything about this resort will make you and your family feel special. The staff knows you by name, attend to everything you need, and give great recommendations. Our 3-bedroom residence was beautifully decorated and very spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities; pool, hot tub, fire pits and work out room. The kids were able to roast marshmallows for smores at night, which really topped the trip for them. We highly recommend this location.

We are always impressed at any Ritz-Carlton property and Aspen was no exception! The condo was very spacious and the kids had more than enough room to entertain themselves. The free shuttle to Aspen was a great perk and had us downtown in 10 minutes. The best part of this property is the staff. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure to go the extra mile whenever we needed something done. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Spot

Aspen is an amazing ski town. This condo was in the perfect spot to explore everything Aspen has to offer. The staff was so friendly and the rooms were spot on clean ( I have no complaints). From the ski slopes right in town to the bars, restaurants and shopping, you couldn't ask for anything more. Definitely recommend!

Aspen New Years

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Club recently for the week of New Years with two adult couples. The condo was well appointed, very clean and well kept. The location is very convenient and all of the key areas within Aspen, restaurants, bus depot (free buses to all ski areas), main gondola for AJAX and shopping are near by. We had a great experience during our trip and plan to visit Aspen again in the near future. Bringing in the New Year Aspen style!!!

What a gem, nestled in the heart of Aspen! The condo was lovely! It was well equipped with all of the necessary amenities that a family would need. We loved riding the bikes around the city and took advantage of the numerous bike trails that surround Aspen. We felt safe here and our only regret was not staying longer! I will highly recommend the Ritz to all of my friends and family.

Fantastic Family Holiday Base

We had an extended family stay with young kids and also some teenagers. The Ritz was perfect - plenty of room, spotlessly clean and vey well set up. There was easy access to town and parking outside. Definitely coming back!

Winter Wonderland

There was enough space for everyone to have a niche. The property manager was always available when a question about the property arose and was prompt with her help. The walk along the snow covered resort was therapeutic, the space for snowball fights after skiing further expended the children's energies and the lighted trees seen from the living room window every evening was magical. The crock pot provided freed everyone during the day to explore their own interests. All in all a great week!
