Be beachside at pristine Popham Beach after only a short drive.

Jewel-toned furniture invites you to kick back and relax in the sunny living room. A comfy sleeper sofa, lounger, and armchair offer plenty of space to watch the 40" TV or get lost in a good book. Coastal-chic decor runs the gamut—from lobster-patterned pillows to ocean-inspired artwork. The open-concept kitchen features new stainless steel appliances the group chef is sure to love. Fix special home-cooked meals, or put together a picnic basket for excursions around town. Step out onto the spacious balcony for a breath of fresh air and views of the Sheepscot River. Chairs offer a perch for morning coffee or evening drinks. The balcony even has a divider, creating a more private space to relax so that every day can begin and end with gorgeous views of the surrounding landscape.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
