Stylish coastal decor brings a true Maine ambience to this beautifully maintained two-bedroom condo. Hardwood floors gleam, and pretty prints and paintings of ocean life add seaside sophistication. Natural light fills the open-concept main space. Take a seat on comfortable furniture that includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, and armchair. A 40” TV promises relaxing evenings spent watching movies. The spacious kitchen is detailed with new stainless steel appliances, plenty of work space, and an eye-catching tile backsplash. A modern dining table offers seating for four. A balcony overlooks the trees and the shimmering Sheepscot River—pull up a chair and take in the natural beauty. Please note that the balcony now has a divider, creating a more private space to relax. The king-size primary bedroom features a sleigh bed and a 32-inch TV. The shared en-suite bath has a shower and white wainscoting. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with smartly patterned linens and another 32-inch TV. Three adjoining units can be rented together. Ideal for families- porches all adjoin, and two units within the building connect.

A short and picturesque drive takes you to Boothbay Harbor, Damariscotta, Bath, Brunswick, and Camden. An easy stroll to Red's Eats promises indulgence in the state's best lobster rolls. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
