The scenic Shining Sea Bikeway (1.3 miles) runs all the way from North Falmouth down to Woods Hole. The paved, level path delivers breathtaking coastal views.

After a sun-soaked day at the beach, rinse off in the privacy of the fenced outdoor shower before heading inside to unwind. Afterward, make your way inside your vacation home. Coastal charm meets modern comfort in the bright and airy living area, where a plush leather sectional and a 50” cable TV set the stage for effortless movie nights. Prepare fresh, local seafood in the newly updated kitchen, featuring sleek quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The kitchen island offers a casual spot for meals, while the backyard beckons with a barbecue grill and alfresco dining for the whole group.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The shared grassy yard is divided by a privacy fence (which separates the two neighboring patios), and each unit features a private exterior entryway.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
