Perks of this idyllic retreat include a deck surrounded by a tranquil, woodsy scene and contemporary furnishings. Stroll down the neighborhood shortcut path to explore the restaurants, galleries, and boutiques at Wellfleet Center Historic District. Lounge by the calm waters at Mayo Beach or along the sandy shore at Marconi Beach. Visit Wellfleet Harbor or cycle along the 25-mile-long Cape Cod Rail Trail.

The contemporary living area has comfortable seating and a TV, perfect for gathering together and unwinding. Your favorite recipes can be prepared in the spacious kitchen, featuring a full suite of appliances and helpful gadgets, then shared together in one of the two eating areas.

Toward night, rest peacefully in one of the comfortable bedrooms - there are three, and the third has a twin-over-full bunk bed with toys and a dollhouse, perfect for children! Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer. Beach chairs and a Pack N’ Play are also provided.

This two-story home is accessed via a flight of exterior stairs.
There is a window air-conditioning unit in each of the three bedrooms.
The fireplace is not operational.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
