Very Quaint!

Perfect for 2 people. Location close ( easy walking distance)to all restaurants in downtown Cruz Bay. Also a market conveniently close by. Loved that beach chairs & coolers were available for use. Management provided quick response to questions & requests. Comfy, cozy place to stay!

The pictures didn't do it justice

This place was perfectly located in St. John. It was less than a five minute walk into town, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. I was a little worried with the lack of pictures when we booked but it was an adorable place with the friendliest neighbors.

Close to Cruz Bay which is great! The only thing that needs addressed is the main tree on the property rubs on the gutters so it’s pretty hard to sleep. It’s very large so very loud. Otherwise our stay was great!

This unit is for 2 people.

This is deceiving as it says it’s a 1 bedroom with a pull out couch. What is fails to mention is that the bedroom does not have a door. There is zero privacy. This should either be rectified or disclosed.

It really is a shame that I cannot add photos to this review to provide further evidence of what I am about to say
 The good: The place is located really close to the Cruz Bay ferry, restaurants, shopping, and grocery store. There is a shower outside that lets you rinse of any extra sand you might have stuck to you so you don’t track it inside. The bad: This place is in a bit of disrepair. The photos posted on the listing do not reflect what is actually there. The front door barely closes due to being swelled and damaged. We had to slam it shut hard every time we left in order to get it to lock. From the inside it is next to impossible to get the deadlock to work. There is a small slide lock at the top of the door that will hold the door shut but I feel like this is a security issue. There are small holes in the walls, and the tv stand knobs are broken off. The ugly: I’d be completely shocked to know that someone actually cleaned this place before I arrived. The living room mirror had some kind of sweat or spit or something smudged all over it. The knives and plates in the kitchen cupboard were dirty in the cupboards! I had to wash any dish I removed from the cupboard before using it because there was food stuck to them. The shower has a rotting bamboo mat on the bottom that is falling apart and had a large ball of hair sitting on top of it. The tile grout has black/mildew spots. Would not book this place again. I am upset at what I spent to stay here. Overpriced.
