Fun, Large House - perfect for our group

We are a group of UCLA Fraternity Brothers, now in our 50s and this home was great for the 10 of us. Lots of space, great lawns for games and outdoor activites, and it’s close enough to downtown Nashville for a quick trip to nightlife. Great place!

Amazing place, great location, and phenomenal hosts

The house is a very spacious and beautiful home that has a tremendous amount of character. It is perfect for any group (large or small). The outdoor patio, pool, hot tub, and basketball court were great and each room has a unique and welcoming feel. All of us wish we could have spent more time there, and definitely plan to come back. We loved every moment we spent there and have terrific everlasting memories. The hosts were a huge part in making the stay such a worthwhile experience. They were responsive, accommodating, and above all, kind. Any person would be lucky to stay a few days in such a home and enjoy downtown Nashville, which is only 15 minutes away. Truly an amazing experience in a fantastic house with exceptional hosts. Without a doubt, five stars.

Family get together in Nashville

Our family has been back to this beautiful home two years in a row. The location, quality and cleanlinees of the home, wide range of ameniities and interaction with the host has been unmatched. Fantastic all around !

Nashville Birthday Trip

What an excellent property to stay at in Nashville. Our family group of 9 had the best time here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious with tons of memorabilia throughout the house. The younger members of our family really enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Close to shopping and easy access to downtown was ideal. The agent as well as the owners of this property were wonderful to deal with. We would highly recommend this to anyone travelling to Nashville and I know when we come back we will look here first. Thank you Chris and Aimee for the hospitality.

Spacious House With Pool & Great Location - 4.5 Stars!!

This house was very spacious with ample room for our family of 10 adults, 2 teenagers and an infant. There was a pool and a hot tub. The great room, kitchen and dining room offered plenty of space for us to enjoy our selves, play games, do jigsaw puzzles, make crafts and eat without feeling cramped. The location is quiet but within a couple of miles of the freeway and a short distance to Nashville (10-15minutes). There was a front-loading washer and dryer that came in handy during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. cookware and dishes. The only reason we didn't give five stars is because the pool water was discolored and the landscaping around the pool was overgrown. We'd definitely stay here again if those two issues were remedied.

Biannual Family Trip

We do biannual trip with our adult children and want it be something special and memorable. We choose a location and home that we expect everyone will be comfortable and enjoy the environment. We certainly achieved our goals in all aspects! The kitchen and family room are wonderful gathering areas and very well appointed. We tend to have music on continuously and the sound system in the family room was fabulous! The outdoor area around the pool was also a wonderful area for everyone to connect and had plenty of seating for all. We didn’t want to stay in hustle and bustle of the downtown area, however wanted to be close enough to get into Nashville whenever we wanted. It was very easy to get an Uber into town and the ride was generally no more than 15 to 20 minutes. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly with a couple of minor requests. All in all an amazing stay! We would certainly look forward to staying here again when we come back to Nashville!

Amazing!!!

The location, grounds, and floorplan fit perfect for our family. The home is so interesting and the whole family wants to come back. The four year old didn't want to leave. My sister and niece that live there will be telling their friends about it. In fact, we may have produced another renter for you. I sent them the VRBO site. Please let us know if things were left ok and if there is anything we can do to help grow your rentals. P.S. Can't wait to read your book and will watch for the movie.
