Your own private heaven!... 3 minutes away from the grocery store and Shopping!
Huge bedrooms and all amenities you’ll need to not have to leave the property!

We offer unmatched concierge/vacation planning services, where Kaitlin can arrange outings (tours/ roof top bars, Vineyard/Winery, etc.), a chef to come in to prepare meals, an acoustic concert, flower arrangements or whatever you can imagine that would make your trip over the top delightful… available upon booking…

We also have a professional, phenomenal family photographer we can get you in touch with to capture memories.

For larger families, we also can accommodate 10 more people for an additional $600.00/night! (plus cleaning fee) Please inquire about our 3200 sq ft Loft with a full kitchen, two bathrooms and a gym, adjacent to the main home. (only available for those who have booked the main house, and subject to availability).
The pool can also be heated for an additional charge of $250.00 per visit.

Great for large group

Heather and Jarred were both great to work with from booking to check-out. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property for any large group coming to Nashville.

I think the property was even more beautiful in person. They thought of everything and it’s such a great space for entertaining families with kids of all ages. Highly recommend . We will definitely return in the future

Large family reunion

Great place and communication. We had five different families of siblings and their kids. House was perfect and we didn’t feel too on top of each other. Hannah was great in communicating!!

Family Reunion

We had 15 adults in our group. We rented the house and the loft and had plenty of room for games inside and outside by the pool. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed and then some. I would definitely book this again!

Holiday Getaway

This property was perfect for our large group. We had lots of room to spread out- the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well outfitted. Hannah our host could not have been easier to work with.

Nice family gathering spot

We had a great few days at this large, well-equipped home. We were in town for my son's wedding and the house and pool were perfect for our extended family. If you are attending an event at the Graystone Quarry this house is ideally situated a straight shot down the highway about 15 minutes. Would recommend!

Awesome outdoor pool area

We stayed at this house for a week with the family, kids enjoyed the pool from breakfast till bed. House was very clean with everything you need for cooking. Close to Franklin and Hwy to get to Nashville. I’m planning on coming back to the place again!

Amazing Stay!

Hannah was an amazing host. She greeted us when we arrived and made us feel welcome immediately. Her property managers were available and very helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend this property. It is a spectacular property both inside and out. Thank you for sharing this amazing home with my family. In Franklin for a wedding but were able to relax and enjoy family stay here. Thank uou again for your hospitality.

A little piece of heaven!

Gorgeous wonderful house! Perfect for large gatherings! Before you book ask about pool heater maintenance! Don’t plan on using bunk beds in Queen room upstairs as they’re not stable! Other than that wonderful stay and absolutely would stay again!

I love leaving positive reviews. But to be honest, I'm reluctant to leave this one because I don't want people to find this so I can keep it to myself. The house, the property, the host, you name it.. Aces. I don't want others to find this, but I'm compelled to say the entire stay and property were absolutely fantastic.

Old High School Buddies Trip

This property has many amenities! The house and the loft space have plenty of bedrooms for our 8 couples to have their own privacy. The interior was large enough for everyone to gather, prepare meals and enjoy each other's company. There is a very beautiful view from the front porch and was super private in the back. You will definitely enjoy the swimming pool and separate hot tub along with the 2 fire pits, super large fireplace AND a waterfall being the icing on the cake. Hannah, our host, was pleasant and very easy to work with. She helped us with all our needs. My wife and I highly recommend this special place and would most definitely stay here again!

Luxurious and Relaxing Getaway!

We had an exceptional stay and our group of 14 had a delightful six days at the Outdoor Oasis! The property is stunning, private, clean, and well equipped. We especially enjoyed sipping morning coffee on the front porch rocking chairs listening to the birds and wild turkey, late night fires with comfortable seating as well as days filled with enjoying BBQs and relaxing in the pool/hot tub area. This all made for a very relaxing and entertaining stay! Hannah and Charles were top notch and very quick to respond and accommodate us on our requests including renting the 2nd house last minute. Plenty of space for entertaining a large group both inside and out. The Master bed is the most comfortable we have ever slept on. The studio house has a very cool Nashville music vibe. Our group spent a couple of nights in DT Nashville and was incredibly pleased with the 20 min shuttle ride back to the house for a break from the hustle and bustle. Every guest loved the house and agreed we will book again. The concierge service was phenomenal and allowed groceries and beverages stocked upon delivery, shuttle into DT Nashville, catering, restaurant reservations, and even set up decorations for my husband 50th! Kaitlin even offered to grab ice and any forgotten items last minute prior to our arrival. We were so thankful for her service. This house exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for a luxurious and relaxing getaway!

We just returned from our great stay here that was amazing. The house was perfect for our large family and grandchildren for our daughter's wedding. We had the best time enjoying the pool and outdoor area. It was so wonderful to watch the grandchildren especially using the water slide and older children in the hot tub. Everything clean and inviting for entertaining and relaxing. The house had everything we needed for cooking or watching TV together late night. Plenty of bed space and eating areas for large families. Our host Hannah was so kind and responsive when we needed anything. The area just down from the house was perfect to get supplies and food from Publix, restaurants, take out, or deliveries! The children enjoyed that the In-N-Out burger was right down the road. We will definitely come back for another vacation here.!

Girls weekend

We had a great stay for our girls weekend at this house. There were 15 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. The outside area and pool provided the perfect area to hang out for a day and relax. We would definitely rent this house again!

Superb!

This property has it all - it was a great place for our family to spend time together. The house was wonderful and the large pool with a slide was a huge hit with the kids! Every detail was taken care of - including providing lots of beach towels for the pool.
