Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This 3rd-floor villa is recently updated and places you just minutes outside of the world-famous Harbour Town. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this Sea Pines villa can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. The living room is illuminated with natural light and has a cozy sectional for guests to unwind on.

Enjoy your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV after a fun day exploring Hilton Head. At the dining table just off of the living room, there is seating for four, and guests can enjoy the view of the Spanish moss-decorated trees through the large dining area windows. The kitchen sits adjacent to the dining area and is fully stocked and ready to take on any meal you desire. There is a washer and dryer in this villa to take care of all laundry needs in-house, which can be found here as well. The back porch overlooks the pool and also gives you a nice view of the lagoon down below—the perfect place to have your morning coffee or have a late night with good company.

Down the hallway sits the first bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed and is also connected to the first bathroom. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and can be accessed through the hallway as well. Across the hall sits the master bedroom; this room has a king-sized bed and plenty of storage space for clothes. There is a flat-screen TV in here for your entertainment. The master bathroom has a double sink and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

This villa is perfect for small families or couples and offers the best while placing you just minutes away from the seemingly endless Sea Pines amenities.

Great central location and very clean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the tennis court villa for almost a week in June 2025. The unit was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. We did not cook while there but the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the master bath was updated nicely with a huge walk-in shower. We had plenty of bath towels and the bed linens were good quality. We had no issues while there and Island Time checked on us a few times to make sure all was good with the unit. It is on the third floor with a lovely view in the trees overlooking the pool but be aware there is no elevator. The location to Harbor town was extremely convenient and another center nearby was great as well. We particularly enjoyed our dinner at Truffles and making candles.

Great location in Sea Pines

This condo has been wonderfully updated, and is located in a great location in Sea Pines - close to Harbor Town and an easy bike ride to South Beach. The condo was spotlessly clean and comfortable, including the beds. The primary bedroom and bathroom are delightful. See photos for the size of the shower in the primary bathroom - glorious! It is curious that the condo renovations did not extend to the second bathroom. It needs to be updated. Also, just be aware that the property manager, Island Time, adds on certain additional fees that you pay for whether you use them or not, such as a concierge fee.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for a one-week stay for myself, my fiancee and his mom. Just the right size! The few downsides were that there is no powder room for others to use outside of the ones connected to the bedroom. It is also worth noting that this condo is located on the 3rd floor of the building so if you have a stroller, wheelchair or an injury, it would be difficult to get up and down. We also found the couch cushions to be quite annoying as they moved around a lot/separated from one another when you sit on them. Other than those minor inconveniences we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property!

Really nice unit - perfect for a family

This condo is nice, clean, updated and has all needed modern amenities. My kids ages 6 and 11 absolutely loved biking all around the area, night and day lol. I was pleasantly surprised with the adult bike rentals we were able to get with the Vaykay credit. It worked out perfectly since we brought the kids bikes in our car. I would absolutely stay here again, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet and peaceful- no complaints. Island Time was also great to work with and I'm glad we uaed them over VRBO.

Wonderful stay.

A very nice condo, well equipped and clean. Very close to a coffee shop, restaurants. We biked, played tennis, went to the beach and the pool. Many activities at our fingertips. Loved our stay here. Will come again.

But it is in need of some attention and you would hope cleaning company would at minimum sweep it before next rental

Wonderful

We had a great long weekend in Hilton Head staying at this condo! It was clean and as pictured, there were no surprises. Very nice location in Sea Pines, close to both Harbour Town and the Beach Club. We would definitely stay here again!

perfect location

We had a great three-week stay in this condo. The condo was well-equipped and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook many of our meals and the equipment was all of good quality. The rental agreement with Vay K for bikes and beach chairs worked perfectly—what a great partnership. And the location was absolutely perfect—easy walks to both Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center and easy bike rides to anywhere else in Sea Pines. I’m sure we’ll be back here!

The toilet in the 2nd bathroom does not seem to be a standard toilet but one made for Children. It is very low to the floor! A little strange.....

Great stay!

Wonderful little condo with everything you need for a short term stay. Easy walk to Harbourtown, restaurants or bike rental shop. The only pain was trying to go to the beach. Parking lot for the beach club fills up quickly in the morning so you have to wait until late afternoon for access.

Great central location in Sea Pines

We have stayed at Lighthouse Tennis condos many times. This year it was the last week of June, 2023. This condo had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, private balcony in the trees. The only drawback for some might be that it is on the third floor so you have to climb about 38 steps, which was not a problem for us. Liked having a door code rather than a key. We were disappointed that the tennis courts were reserved for coaching during the times we wanted to use them. This has happened other summers, but I specifically asked before we went if that was going to be the case and they told us no. When I brought it to their attention after we were kicked off the courts, the management company, Island Time, offered us another court at a condo nearby. However, they were clay courts, which we don’t like, and they did not have pickleball lines for our friends. We rent from Lighthouse Tennis because of the convenience of the tennis courts and the fact that they are away enough from the condos that the noise does not disturb the inhabitants. We also did not like the fact that they automatic charged us for VayK gear. They gave us an offsetting credit but we would have preferred to have a choice in our bike rentals, as we normally rent our bicycles from Pelican Rentals, right next-door. We were able to see the pool from our balcony, so that we could use it when it was least busy. Lots of times we had the pool to ourselves.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Started off on the wrong foot! I was supposed to receive 2 parking passes for our stay and only received one! I called and confirmed that there was going to be 2 passes and was told yes both times. I had to pay for the second pass and was not happy! Never even offered to make up for that mistake. The bike rental was a disaster too! I ordered 4 bikes and 2 carts to haul all our stuff to beach every day but they got new bikes and the carts no longer fit the bikes! That was a mess! The room was not as nice as in the pictures and was not clean enough for my preference!! Will not rent from island time again!

Lovely location and accommodations

I was a little hesitant on staying here due to some of those reviews. We are very pleased with the accommodations. Everything was clean and checkin was super easy. The property is beautiful and well maintained. It is a great location just a short walk or bike ride from Sea Pines Center and Harbour town.

Tennis villa weekend

My wife and I stayed at this villa for three nights. It’s a third floor unit that is well decorated and has a nice layout. Very convenient to Harbourtown and the tennis courts. The only negative is the 38 steps up to the front door! Nice place!

Some updates..There was a layer of pollen on everything which makes me wonder I’d place was cleaned before we came. Very expensive for what we got.
