Hall bathroom has tub/shower combo. Living room has a cathedral ceiling with a sleeper sofa and three chairs to enjoy television or just to relax after a day at the beach. Dining room has seating for four. Kitchen bar area does have an additional three chairs. Kitchen has refrigerator, icemaker, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, regular coffee pot, keurig coffee pot, toaster, garbage disposal, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware and all items needed for cooking. House does have a washer and dryer for renters use. WiFi is also available. Grill is also available for renters to use. Deck with furniture has a stunning view of the lake. Ceiling fan is also outside to keep the area cooler. Down stairs is extra seating outside with two swings. Home has a concrete driveway with covered parking. Downstairs also has an outside shower for rinsing off after you get back from the beach. Pets allowed under 20 pounds. No smoking.
