The propert location was great. Close to everything and easy access to beach. Listing states a beach gear credit but when I contacted them they said no credit. There were no beach towels which was very surprising. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Nice property clean and right on the beach.

To clarify for future guests, our beach gear credit applies to stays of 4–14 nights, which is why it wasn't available for this 3-night stay. We also send a recommended packing list ahead of time noting that beach towels aren't provided, but sometimes it gets looked over. We will review our process to make sure this is extra clear. Please note that on the day of check out the door will automatically lock precisely at check out time. I was not aware of this (automatic locking) and had left my cell phone and wallet in the condo while I was making one last trip to the car and the keypad on the door locked me out. Otherwise, the unit itself and the view were both outstanding!

Location of the property was amazing!The only bad part was the bed, mattress was terrible! Very uncomfortable and sheets did not for the mattress.Everything else about this property was very good.

The location was perfect - easy access to beach and right next to the pier. The unit was very clean with the only item missing being wash cloths to use in the shower.

The Pearl

It was an amazing weekend away. Just what us girls needed. The apartment was clean, well decorated, and conveniently located in town and just steps to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Best Vacation Ever !

This is our seventh visit to Charleston and Folly Beach and without a doubt our most enjoyable of all our visits. The property is located just passed the pear and most if not all restaurants are within walking distance. The property is clean and well maintained. The only thing I might add is another seat (Chair) in the living room other than that the property is perfect and highly recommended.

Fun in Folly

Traveled with my teens and this was a perfect location. We were able to walk to many restaurants, plus a super cool convenience store nearby. Can’t beat the location and view right on the beach. Condo was tastefully decorated and immaculate. Really enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning with the ocean view. Check in and communication easy breezy.

Fall Trip

Could have been cleaner, better tolet paper, tissues, a full length mirror and most importantly a covering over the kitchen window especially with people passing by……they could see right in!!!

You cant get any closer to the water! Very roomie, comfy beds, beautiful view. Clean. Would be nice to have had a few shampoos and soaps and coffee filters but other than those small things it was beautiful! Will return!

Perfect beach getawat

This property’s location can’t be beat! Check-in was smooth. Place was super clean. The only thing I would suggest would be to have a starter kit for those arriving late or don’t t know the area yet; for example, maybe a couple bottles of water and some k-cups. Little details go a long way. Other than that, it was superb and would definitely rent there again!
