The location was perfect - easy access to beach and right next to the pier. The unit was very clean with the only item missing being wash cloths to use in the shower.

location and property were very nice. Only complaints were the mattresses need an upgrade and the towels need an upgrade this is a premium price so if these changes were made I would be back

The Pearl

It was an amazing weekend away. Just what us girls needed. The apartment was clean, well decorated, and conveniently located in town and just steps to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Best Vacation Ever !

This is our seventh visit to Charleston and Folly Beach and without a doubt our most enjoyable of all our visits. The property is located just passed the pear and most if not all restaurants are within walking distance. The property is clean and well maintained. The only thing I might add is another seat (Chair) in the living room other than that the property is perfect and highly recommended.

Fun in Folly

Traveled with my teens and this was a perfect location. We were able to walk to many restaurants, plus a super cool convenience store nearby. Can’t beat the location and view right on the beach. Condo was tastefully decorated and immaculate. Really enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning with the ocean view. Check in and communication easy breezy.

Perfect beach getawat

This property’s location can’t be beat! Check-in was smooth. Place was super clean. The only thing I would suggest would be to have a starter kit for those arriving late or don’t t know the area yet; for example, maybe a couple bottles of water and some k-cups. Little details go a long way. Other than that, it was superb and would definitely rent there again!

You cant get any closer to the water! Very roomie, comfy beds, beautiful view. Clean. Would be nice to have had a few shampoos and soaps and coffee filters but other than those small things it was beautiful! Will return!

Great location with lack of cleanliness

The place is located right on the beach and walking distance from town - which is great. Our first night we wanted to cook dinner and more than half the silverware and plates had to be hand washed as they were very dirty. We had a cockroach in our room as well. When I contacted the manager, there was no response. They only wanted to know if we were checking out early.

Clean, bright, comfortable. Having our own bedrooms and bathrooms and closets was a huge bonus.

Easy and prompt communication regarding our stay, how to get in and checkout policies. Having a parking spot was perfect. The unit was lovely. Being just steps away from the beach, shops and the pier was great. You can hear upstairs and next door neighbors at times but never uncomfortable. Having a kitchen and laundry was perfect for a week’s stay. The view from the porch was amazing. *would be great to have a covering on the window by the front door for privacy. We enjoyed our stay so much and would book them a unit again. Would recommend to anyone wanting to spend time at the beach.

Beautiful property with a great location.

This condo was perfect for our family, myself, my wife and our two kids ages 5 and 7. Everything was very clean, and stocked with anything you need while there. Including kitchen and bath amenities. The code for the door I originally received via email did not work when we arrived. But just as I was trying to figure out why I received a text message with an alternate code. From that point on it was smooth sailing. You’re a short walk to the beach and everything in the downtown area. After arriving we never got back into the car until it was time to leave. We will definitely look at this place again next time we are back in Folly.

Definitely hope to return in th me future

Property is brand spanking new, so nothing to complain about. This property is only a few buildings from the clubs and bars, so the noise is well and pleasantly drowned out by the waves of the ocean. This property was very nice size for our family of 4. Also WELL EQUIPPED with linens, towels, cook and dishware, pots and pans. No pizza cutter, but certainly not an issue since kitchen shears were supplied. The beach is only steps away and is fully visible from the balcony. We were given an incorrect code for the door and management was prompt with getting us a new one--they were uber friendly and eager to please. The washer and dryer was inoperable but after a frantic search for the fuse box, my husband reset that fuse and we were back in business. Nothing at all bad about this rental and the management team. We were thoroughly impressed, pleased and hope they maintain this caliber of comstumer service in the years to come. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this reantal property to others.

Perfect Spot for Spring Beach

We booked this rental, because we wanted to be on the beach but also close to Charleston -- to do some beach relaxation and to enjoy Charleston's history and ambience. This was a perfect location. The rental is directly on Folly Beach, as advertised. It is located ~200 yards from the main Folly Beach pier. The beaches are expansive and easily accessible from the condo. It is ~20 minutes from the French Quarter. Immediately upon entering the condo, we were impressed. It is spotless! As promised, it appears to be totally renovated. It was modern, bright and white and fully updated. You can enjoy the ocean vista from the main living area and front bedroom (#1), as well as from the large balcony. The roomy kitchen came with updated appliances, plenty of countertop space and had the necessary cookware and utensils. The property description was clear about the items that we needed to provide. The condo is less than 2 blocks from Folly Beach's 'downtown' with bars and restaurants, and the quirky but amazingly well provisioned, Bert's grocery store. The photos provided in the listing were very helpful and accurate, particularly as to the interior and exterior of the unit and the the unit's location vis-a-vis the beach and other beach properties. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay. We appreciated having local property management nearby, with special thanks to Lacey & the Vacations Team. We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.
