Ce condo rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© (3 LITS ~ 3 PLEIN BAIN), (SLEEPS 6), est une unitĂ© d'extrĂ©mitĂ© avec (UNOBSTRUCTED OCEAN VIEWS). Ce condo est (1. 5 BLOCKS DE CENTRE STREET) oĂč vous trouverez des restaurants et des magasins locaux. La meilleure partie est que vous ĂȘtes (dans la rue depuis l'ocĂ©an) (mais vous ne payez pas les prix au bord de l'ocĂ©an), tout en regardant des scĂšnes de front de mer et des couchers de soleil sur votre terrasse.

Condo trÚs bien équipé - le nouveau propriétaire a créé une maison de plage chaleureuse, accueillante et moderne.

Salon: Téléviseur 50 pouces ~ (TABLEAU DE POKER) ~ Il y a suffisamment de places assises dans toute la maison, y compris 4 tabourets de bar dans la cuisine, parfaits pour le petit-déjeuner.

This property is all about the view. Perfectly situated at the end of a street but close enough to the main drag that it's a quick walk. Furnished as a beach condo would be, you're not afraid to sit down and be comfortable.The two things I would look into changing are the primary bedroom matress as it felt like it had some miles on it and the dishes being cleaner. We would absolutely stay here again!

Ideal

Though I do not wish to create a situation where this unit becomes too popular to secure a booking, I cannot bring myself to deny praise where it is due. The location, layout and quality of this condo was ideal for my family of 4 which includes a 1 year old and 3 year old. With the assistance of an all terrain wagon and the on site elevator we easily made it to the beach each day with everything we needed in a single trip. There’s no private walk out to the beach, with how close the beach access point is to the condo, it certainly feels like a private/attached access. Having an in-house laundry room was such a luxury. We loved our day and no small part thanks to the wonderful lodging.

The Seacoast Villa was within walking distance to several nice restaurants. Also, had a great view of the ocean. The location was close enough to travel to Charleston to visit part of the day and then back to enjoy the beach.

Folly Beach Ocean View

This condo was great for our family of four. Having the ocean right outside the balcony was awesome! We loved sitting out there and enjoying the sights and sounds of the waves. There was plenty of space for all of us including 3 separate bathrooms, which we loved. The location was great! So close to the pier and everything along the main drag in Folly. The hosts were very easy to communicate with via text message. They quickly sent over maintenance when we had a minor issue and it was fixed with minimal inconvenience. Five star ocean view condo! If we make it back to Folly Beach we would definitely stay here again.

Week Getaway

Very much enjoyed my week long getaway to the Seacoast Villa 6 as everything was as described. Communication with the owner was excellent. I was even contacted, made aware of a local city issue outside of the owner's control, and amended to ensure I had the best possible experience. This is on the top of my list of places to revisit next year if able, and I would recommend to anyone! (already have). Great location to beach access, walking to distance to restaurants & pier as well.

Great weekend getaway!

Loved the condo! Kids were happy to have their own space and porch was perfect. Once we found our way around, everything was easy! Has everything you need for beach including chairs! Parking underneath is tight if you have a large vehicle.

We had a wonderful time; however, I do have 2 complaints. Maybe when stating the rules, ask anyone upstairs to be mindful of the people downstairs. The whole week all we heard was stomping back and forth all day. Even around bedtime. It was very distracting. Also we had a problem with ants in the kitchen. I want to say the condo was great and the view magnificent! Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and the ocean view was outstanding. We enjoyed our breakfasts and evening wine on the patio and the beautiful beach was just a short walk away. The town center with its shops and numerous restaurants was within walking distance and Charleston was just a short drive away. It was the perfect spot for a short getaway.

Bad weather but great house!

Spent Christmas week with family since it was half way between VA and FL! Lovely condo unit, spacious, well appointed, great space, and comfortable for all three generations! Right on the beach, great views, great kitchen, and everyone had a private bath. Only glitch we had was I neglected to dig down in the emails for the house address and spent a lot of time frustrated since the GPS kept taking us to the real estate office (which was closed) instead of the house and once we figured that out we kept going in circles because the streets all have East and West labels and we were tired and confused:-) Having the hot water a bit hotter would have been nice but all in all, we loved the house and would go back in a minute!
