Welcome 2025! Weekend Getaway or Business Trip. Stay at our amazing 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home, fully furnished with a mid-century modern vibe. Enjoy the Lower Level featuring an 85` TV, a beautiful wood Stiga ping pong table, and a game table (we even provide poker chips). BBQ grill on the patio. Pets are welcome. Fenced back yard. Fully stocked kitchen. Many extras offered to anticipate a comfortable stay. If you forgot to pack it - we have it! Convenient HWY access. Let us host your next visit!

The main floor Primary Suite has a King bed. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 - Queen, 1 - Full, and bunk beds (Full each). The LL has a Queen sofa sleeper with bedding.

Feel free to enjoy the entire house—just note that the locked closets are not accessible.

I live near the home and can be available usually when needed.

Quiet residential neighborhood.

Parking is on the driveway of the home or on the street.

We had a lovely family weekend-plenty of space, great lay-out. This house is close to lots of restaurants and entertainment options. The hosts kindly left a treat for us at check-in and provided all of the information we needed to know to enjoy the property.

Great Place to stay

The home was great, just as pictured clean, comfortable, great area of Kansas City, close to main roads for easy access to wherever you need to go, I would defiantly stay there again if needed

Golf trip with friends.

Our host welcomed us with custom Crumbl cookie desserts as well as two bottles of wine -- and it just got better from there! This spacious home accompanied our family of four with rooms to spare. The basement entertainment area was used every evening for movie and game nights. Lots of restaurants nearby yet the well-equipped kitchen and adjoining dining space was perfect for meal prep and family dinners. The main floor primary suite was the perfect size with a very comfortable bed. Plus, we were freeway-close while surrounded by lush open space. The check-in and check-out process was easy as Crumbl cake!

Stay and Work

The owners had great communication! I inadvertently left a sweater and they sent it to me right away. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a nice wooded walking trail nearby. Everything we well up kept and exactly as described. The owner actually moved a desk in to one of the bedrooms so I could work from “home” while construction was being completed on my own home!

90th Birthday Celebration

Family Football Getaway

We met all of our adult children and their +1s in KC for a KU football game. Location was perfect for dinner out, groceries, and shopping! House was large enough for us to all have our our space, yet be together. Looking forward to meeting in KC again soon and using this as our base.

Great place

We enjoyed staying at the home, minor issues with the ants due to the weather. I would say store some ant spray Uber the sink or spray a bug barrier prior to gust arriving. The only other issue is that the air doesn’t flow upstairs so it is very warm even with the floor fan units. My entire family enjoyed staying and we appreciate all of the accommodations.

Great location

The location was great. & the host were great! They really made us feel at home but didn't bother us. Neighborhood is quiet & safe. Dog friendly is always a plus for almost everyone! The upstairs was a bit warm but it was extremely hot weather when we stayed. Overall, we had a nice time.

NASCAR Trip

House was very clean and all the daily essentials were supplied. We were greeted with wine, cookies, diet drinks and water in the refrigerator. What a nice gesture!!! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

The house had a lot of room for our scrapbooking tables and supplies. Location is perfect to grab food or run to craft stores for supplies. House is stocked with everything we needed and owners even left wine and Crumbl cookies as welcoming treat!!
