Experience the 'FARM STAY' in the middle of Overland Park.

This is an incredible 5-bedroom house with a private pool and 3 acres of land, a park-like Backyard, a Fire Pit, a large patio with large outdoor seating, a Wood Palette Grill, and outdoor dining. So, if you are looking for the perfect, centrally located place to call home while in the area for work, study, or a gathering, look no further than this spacious luxury home.

Attractions: Deanna Rose Farmstead (suitable for all ages) and a giant soccer field, located 30 mins away from Kansas City Downtown, Plaza and Union Station, Kansas City Zoo.

THE SPACE:
-Make your way into the living space filled with natural light from the windows.
-Make memories with a Firepit.
-The kitchen comes equipped with appliances and everything you could need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
-There is also a good office desk setup to catch up on some work!
-Ring monitoring is enabled outside of the home & in the garage.

**Use of additional outdoor event space is not included.
**Use of additional detached garage space is not included.

THE AREA: We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the home itself. You can reach us through the conversation thread.

OCCUPANCY:
-Sleeps up to 16 people with 13 Beds.
-Sit back on the comfy sofa and stream all your favorites on the big screen smart 75'' TV.

PARKING: Open parking space around the house for cars, trucks, trailers, campers, and RVs.

LAUNDRY: There is a washer and dryer you can use during your stay. There is also an iron stand and ironing board.

POOL: Pool will be opened from May-September(Depending on weather).

Additional Outdoor Space: Plan your next outdoor gathering at FarmStay. We have open stage(24'X20') with almost 40' of walking down the isle for outdoor occasions.

The house was great - perfect setup for our family gathering! The ages in our group ranged from 2 to 100 yrs old, so it was important to have some bedrooms and baths on the main level with minimum stairs, but also good separation of spaces so the kids could play without disturbing everyone! The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes to accomodate meals. The deck was a perfect gathering area, also, with lots of seating. The beds were all very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water!

The perfect house to celebrate my parents' 80th birthdays! Vani was incredible to work with. She was able to accommodate our special circumstances and was professional and quick to respond each and every time I text her with questions. The layout of the house, two kitchens, outdoor space, and pool just made the entire weekend convenient and relaxing. We hope to have a reason to stay again.

Clean and spacious

We spent the weekend here with a group of friends. This home is spacious and very clean. The host is responsive and actively communicated with us before and during our stay.

Family getaway

We had 8 adults, 8 kids and an infant for our annual family get-away. The interior of the home was spotless with plenty of room for everyone including plenty of towels and linens. The yard and area around the fire pit and pool was in need of some TLC but the pool itself was fantastic! Vani was very easy to communicate with. The AC had trouble keeping up upstairs and the lower level was cold, but the temperature outside was in the upper 90’s-100 every day. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Happy to have found a place to fit all 16 of us with enough beds and space for everyone. The kids loved swimming in the pool all day. Host was very responsive and helpful!

Enjoyable outdoor space

The pool and deck area were enjoyable. We spent a majority of our time there. The house is very large with plenty of space, and needs some updating. The air conditioner couldn’t keep the house cool (it was 90-degrees the week we were there). The home owner was responsive and helpful, and sent a handyman to check on it but ultimately the house was still rather warm on the main level throughout the week we were there (even when we set the air conditioner to 66 - was still 74+ on main level). There were workers coming and going in the backyard almost daily. (We wish we would have known this ahead of time as we had small children playing in the back and at one point a truck ran over the kids’ skateboard.) Overall, the large space and pool area were a hit with our large family. The homeowners were very responsive.

2nd retreat was just as perfect as the first!

Vani, I cannot express enough thanks for you allowing others to enjoy your home/location. The retreats for our technology teams planned for your location went perfectly both times. All of the space was pertinent to allowing our groups of almost 20 to feel welcome, not crowded, and completely comfortable like they were in their own home. Everything was perfect! The kitchen was large enough for me to cook 3 meals a day for everyone, along with enough space for them to either enjoy their meal inside at a table or outside at a table. I was also very impressed that you provided a great blender, Instapot, airfryer, Keurig, etc. Thank you so much for everything and we will see you again in the fall.

Offsite + team building

This property had everything we needed and more! We all slept great, more than enough space for us to spread out. The location was easy to get to and the property is so beautiful! Our leadership team and coworkers were very impressed! We were able to use the basement for team building games and ice breakers. We had so much room for brunch in the morning for all of our team to eat together too! I've stayed in a bunch of rental properties and this was the first one that had so many things that I normally have to buy for my own family. I've saved this house for the future of we do more offsites, the location was ideal for us! Thanks again for being a great host!

Everything we needed for our Ladies Retreat

We can't say enough good about our Farm Stay! Plenty of sleeping room, two furnished kitchens, outside areas, a pool, and close to shopping for when we forgot a key ingredient for our cooking. Vani was great to communicate with, patiently answering all my questions! Thank you!

Room for all

Our extended family recently gathered to attend a wedding. There were 14 of us, from grandparents to 4year-olds and there was plenty of space for everyone, from beds to lounging areas. The pool and deck were a big hit and we enjoyed the pool toys. The kitchen was well equipped and everything spotlessly clean. It was nice to have plenty of bathroom toiletries, paper products, laundry and kitchen cleaning supplies. We could have used a few pool towels and some outdoor serving pieces—our chips needed a bowl! Would recommend for a large group.

Great outdoor space!

Property was as advertised, older home but nicely redone. Bathrooms were clean, home was well stocked and we appreciated the extras. The outdoor spaces were perfect for what we needed. Property manager was responsive and easy to work with. Loved that we had some separation from neighbors for privacy. We would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Amazing place for big group

The place was really spacious and a great space for my big group to stay for the weekend! They had a lot of rooms and beds per room so we did not feel cramped at all. I definitely recommend to anyone who is trying to find a place with a larger party!
