Amazing Ocean View 4 bedroom/4.5 baths with AC!

The newly renovated, air-conditioned four-bedroom private house offers all the best of Princeville in Kauai.

Sit on the lanai and breath in the fresh Kauai air and take in the beautiful Ocean view. Whale watching in season. If you look closely, you may see dolphins going by! Or go for a short hike to the gorgeous Sealodge beach.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and the garden is great for lounging or grilling on the BBQ.

The space
The open floor plan invites entertaining and relaxing. The fully equiped kitchen is a chef's dream with the oversized fridge and freezer, Bertazzoni gas range, Microwave drawer, mahogany cabinetry and granite kitchen counters.

The house has 4 bedrooms each one with en-suite bath. The 2 master suites upstairs offer ocean views, soaking tubs and lanai to enjoy the ocean views. Separate AC controls for both floor of the house!

The downstairs has 2 more bedrooms. One with queen size bed and another with two single beds. Separate AC control for the downstairs area.

The spacious living room opens to the back lanai to enjoy the outdoor and indoor at the same time. We have a bbq in the back yard for your cooking needs.

The most wonderful stay

Rosi was such a fantastic host who went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable & that everything was to our liking. She even allowed us to check in early when our flight was changed by the airline ladt minute. The home is beautiful & in a stunning location. I wish i would have done a little more research myself because on the last day we disvovered a wonderful hidden beach 5 min from the property & a much closer market! Princeville is very remote from the rest of the island/activities but if you are looking for peace & quiet, this is the place to book! Also, we loved watching the Albatross "baby" nesting in the front yard & we were careful not to disturb the beautiful bird. We can't wait to come back! Thank you Rosi!!!

Great Location

The house was perfect for my family of 5, in a lovely residential area, close to the shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and spacious with lovely views of the ocean. Rosi was a great host and answered all my questions promptly. We hope to be back !

Perfect home for our family vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this Princeville home for our family vacation on Kauai! It has all the amenities we needed, is super clean and beautifully appointed, and is well located near beaches and Hanalei. Rosie is super attentive and answered all my questions before and during our stay.

The property is beautiful and spacious with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Everything we needed was there including coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs etc. Rosie promptly answered all my messages and was super helpful.

Quiet, relaxing, and beautiful

Such a fantastic experience. The house was just as pictured. The two upstairs bedrooms (suites) both accessed the balcony for a gorgeous view of the ocean. We had all the kids downstairs and the adults upstairs. Worked perfect for 2 families. Thx Rossi for being so responsive to all our questions about the island!

Amazing place to stay

This was a beautiful home to stay in. , had a ton of room , great views of the ocean and a very quite neighborhood. Property owner was very responsive with any questions we had and quite lovely to talk to. I would highly recommend this rental for any family or group. We hope to visit again soon

Everything about the house, Rosi ( the host), and the location were great and honestly couldn’t be better. The house is very well laid out, kitchen is big, well stocked, and the appliances are very nice. The bedrooms, and bathrooms are all good sizes and well appointed; the master is extremely nice with a large shower and walk in closet. My wife said this is the cleanest place we have ever stayed and she keeps a spotless house so that is saying a lot. The house is located in a very nice community that is very safe; all the houses are nice, well kept, and with manicured yards. The host was extremely nice, helpful, and easy to get hold of when we had questions about the house or things we should do while we were there. We would definitely want to stay here again if we ever make it back to Kauai.

AMAZING GEM IN PRINCEVILLE!

What an amazing home in Princeville! The layout and size of the house is perfect to spread out in. It is so well stocked for your stay as well - even for the beach! The neighborhood is so beautiful, walkable, and the neighbors are great. The house has so much room and has been nicely renovated to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. The kitchen was my favorite and I didn’t even mind doing the dishes! The ocean view from the living room, kitchen, and upstairs bedrooms is so stunning and close, that you’ll find yourself mesmerized - It is literally the icing on the cake for this home and your stay. We will definitely be coming back here. Our host, Rossi, was the best! She is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. She answered all of our questions and was so accommodating during our stay. She made us feel so welcomed and our time at her home so seamlessly easy. We so appreciated her ABOVE AND BEYOND efforts to make our stay nice and memorable. You’ll love her! Great house to rent for your stay on Kauai - Enjoy!
