Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in a great quite neighborhood. Large pool with barbecue and spacious patio, minutes away from hard rock casino and hard rock stadium just a short drive to the beach and airport is just 10 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops near by. Publix/Walmart just minutes away, lots of parks and entertainment for the family within a couple of miles.

The pool and overall patio were amazing! The entire property was clean. The bedrooms were comfortable. There was not enough kitchenware for 5 people. The family room furniture was uncomfortable and the kitchen table was unstable. The neighbor behind the house had very loud music on late for 2 of the nights.

Wonderful place

The house was everything we expected. The swimming pool and the pool table added to the charm and entertainment. We all enjoyed our stay there and will rent it again next time we come down to that area.

Great stay for concert

The home was exactly as advertised. It was in close proximity to the Hard Rock Stadium, and we were able to walk back to the home with no issues. The house had thoughtful amenities to make the home comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was nice.

Close to stadium!

Great stay with friends for the Miami Open! Property freshly renovated. Great outdoor amenities with pool and covered porch. All the rooms had TVs. Owners responded quickly. Good place for multiple or large families. Would return!

had a great spring break!

11 of us friends stayed here for our spring break vacation and it was just as listed and so much fun! we did not even leave the house other than one night for dinner because we were able to hangout outside in the pool and the cabana, the pool was always a perfect temperature and the colorful lights at night were great! they provided lots of beach towels and tons of dishes and utensils. Only negative was two bathrooms for 11 of us and that we were kind of out of the way for groceries but we made do and ordered our food! highly recommend for all ages and groups!

All in all

I stayed at this property for my birthday. It was myself and 5 other adults. I would suggest for future renters bring mosquito repellent, ice for the refrigerator and wash rags. The home was clean and the property owner was very responsive. Things i didn’t too much care for was the video surveillance in the backyard and being charged a cleaning fee when before check out we had to clean ourselves. Other than that definitely a great book

Great place to stay

This was a very clean home to stay in during our weeks vacation. The beds were comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The pool was nice to take a night dip in before heading to bed. Things I think that need to be aware to future renters: The weekend nights were loud as there is a neighbor a couple of houses down that had parties with loud music and lots of cars speeding down the street. There is an elementary school right across the street that you have to be super careful backing out of the driveway onto the narrow street. The kitchen needs to have more items added for renters to use like a full sheet baking pan and a larger pot to cook with. I had to provide ourselves with paper towels, sponges, (there is no dishwasher), foil, plastic wrap/ziplocks etc.

Amazing place

The house was very clean! We spent all 5 days in the yard that was amazing, even better than the photos. Lot of areas to rest, heated salty water pool, covered area with large dinning table.. it was just amazing. The owner was very responsive, great to work with! We will most likely be back.

Holiday home

This rental was amazing from start to finish the owner was very nice and easy to get a hold of if needed the house was beautiful very modern and CLEAN the pictures do not do it justice I did not want to leave! The backyard and pool is amazing very nice for parties it has everything you need or can think of pool table cards dominoes even karaoke machine if you are looking for a rental book with them!! You will not be disappointed will definitely stay with them again! Thank you for a great Thanksgiving
