We had such a wonderful stay. This home looks exactly as it shows in the photos. The rooms are very spacious. The kitchen and home is equipped with everything you will need. The location is also excellent and close by to everything. I think they could do a little better with the cleanliness. Housekeepers seem to have skipped dusting and other minuet things. I am cleaner than average person, so this may not bother the average person. Overall, highly recommend. Great place!

Never Disappoints

This is my family’s third or fourth year staying here for our summer vacation. You can’t beat the location, with a beautiful yard and the layout of the house is perfect for multi-generational members of our family. Beautiful Condo/ Wonderful Stay!

The house was beautiful, updated, clean, and filled with all necessary amenities for a wonderful stay in Mammoth Mountains with the family. The management company was on top of everything, and communicated efficiently through texts. The condo was conveniently located, close to local stores and hotspots and the village /gondola. We would love to return again for our future vacations to Mammoth :)

Beautiful Place

Loved staying here. Everything was so nicely appointed from the kitchen to the bathroom to even the garage. Only trouble we had was mixing up the street number of the condo with the Unit number on the rental (we went to the wrong condo at first, but quickly figured it out with a call). The rental company staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Great location and updated condo! We had a group of 6 adults and one child and it was perfect! Only critique is that we didn’t have any sort of information regarding wi-fi, house faq’s or check out procedures! It would be helpful in the future to have a booklet with that information!

Perfect for our family

We enjoyed everything about this beautiful remodeled home. The only thing is it would get warm at night upstairs so we would turn down the heater to 66 and open the windows, and then used the portable heater for the downstairs master to keep warm. Management was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Perfect family get away

This property is roomy, clean, very comfortable and well stocked. The beds and linens are soft and cozy. Everything is in working condition. The size and layout of the condo is perfect for a family or even 2. We enjoyed the games and especially the view of the backyard. The location is a short drive to groceries, restaurants and the ski lodges. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for a scenic walk. The property management was communicative and made it easy to check in and check out. We will definitely come back here again.

Finally a unit that delivers!

I’ve grown up visiting Mammoth. I am a winter AND summer visitor. I’ve seen it all and have pretty high standards for the units I stay in. For me this was the most comfortable unit I’ve stayed in, maybe even ever. Everything was as it looks in the pictures. I appreciated the clean and clutter-less design of the townhouse. Especially when you come with multiple family members; after you have your own stuff in a rental you certainly don’t need extra things. Everything worked perfectly; the kitchen was stocked decently. And the layout of the rental is absolutely perfect down to the master bedroom downstairs, which perfectly served my elderly parents, who cannot walk up and down stairs easily. Being so close to the stream was an extra treat. The shared complex jacuzzi was a bit dated and therefore not as clean but that was obviously something not controlled by the unit. We will definitely be back!
