Our residence offers DIRECT oceanfront views of the Atlantic Ocean, its shoreline and Myrtle Beach's peaceful beachfront. Lots of upgrades to make your stay enjoyable and functional. You will have access to this large 3 bedroom/3 bath condo with multiple balconies overlooking the ocean and the beautiful Kingston property. We are sure you will enjoy this home away from home.

You DO have access to the Brighton pool and hot tub.
****This is a private rental, it is NOT associated with the Embassy Suites or Hilton on Kingston Plantation. You DO NOT have access to the amenities(pools, waterpark, fitness center, etc.) at those resorts.****

Great family condo

We've stayed in the Brighton Tower many times and this condo did not disappoint! Communication was quick and easy. Plenty amenities. Would stay again :)

Nice condo large with wonderful view. Largest balcony in the building. Bedrooms good size and each has its own shower and or bathtub. Also very convenient to getting to the beach tucked in next to elevators. We have been coming for years. Nice place

Exceptional visit to MB

Knowing you can go to Myrtle Beach and have a gated community wrapped around you with lots of activities available makes for a great level of comfort and fun. Kingston plantation is great. Brighton 609 is everything you want in an ocean front condo. It’s spacious, well decorated, newer furniture, it’s clean, and updated in every room. The beds were comfortable, there’s a bathroom attached to every bedroom, so everyone has privacy when needed. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

We truly love this unit. We have rented this unit for several years and it never disappoints. Lots of room and plenty of privacy. Closets are great and the kitchen is wonderful. We cook and love to be able to prepare meals without having to go out and purchase pots/pans, etc. to be able to do this. Beds are very comfortable and overall, nice place to stay.

Huge updated condo on the beach

This property is well decorated and is perfect updated! Property manager responds immediately to questions! Only thing I could say is the carpets in the bedroom are stained and could be replaced and the sofas are stained and a little worn but everything else was beautiful and comfortable and well appointed! And the place is very large with huge bathrooms! Would highly recommend! And the place was spotlessly clean upon entering which is rare!

This private residence is located within the beautiful private gated beachfront community of Kingston Plantation. It is a 145-acre master planned community, nothing less than spectacular! Complete with 23-acres of freshwater lakes, surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and above all only steps to the 1/2-mile of wide, white sandy beach.

During your stay, our guests will have access to multiple pools (one dedicated to the Brighton building, located outdoor at the complex along with a hot tub), and a Kingston Plantation Master Association pool, Windemere by the Sea.

Right next door is an Embassy Suites Resort, guests are more than welcome to enjoy Starbucks or the newly completed Black Drum Brewery. A short walk to the brewery with indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating welcomes you with many fire pits to grab a drink to relax, along with a large patio for your enjoyment. Indoor or outdoor whatever you enjoy, allows for a beautiful view of the ocean.

*Please note that our guests DO NOT have access to the on-site water park, pools/pool decks at the Embassy Suites & Hilton Hotel nor the on-site fitness facility.
