Our boutique, full service company is committed to providing stellar guest experiences and raising the bar for the vacation rental industry. Our Guest Services team is available to answer questions from 9am-5pm, and confirmed guests are given emergency contact information for after hours needs.

The Las Sendas community allows our guests to reserve courts for pickle ball or tennis, play basketball, explore the various walking trails or dine in the prestigious Club House.

ROOMS - This spacious ranch style/ rambler 3 bedroom home features a luxurious, 5 piece master bathroom en suite. Master suite has private access via slider doors to the pool and lounge area. The other king bedroom directly accesses the second bathroom that it shares with the trundle bedroom. The trundle room, or The Cactus Room, offers a queen bed with twin trundle and TV. The interior was designed to stand out from the every day vacation rental. With thoughtfully curated comfort of the furniture to the desert chic interior design, this home is sure to make you feel welcome!

BACKYARD - With views of the golf course and gorgeous desert landscape, the backyard feels like an incredible desert oasis. Enjoy the heated pool, outdoor dining, lounging in the sun, grilling on the built-in barbecue, playing a game of water basketball or a glass of wine next to the gas fire pit as you watch the sunset.


Golf Course Location
- This home is located along the Las Sendas Golf Course offering beautiful fairway views and a serene setting. From time to time, stray golf balls may enter the yard or surrounding area. Guests are advised to use caution when outside and to supervise children at all times. By booking, guests acknowledge and agree that the homeowner and manager cannot be held liable for any injury, damage or loss resulting from golf activities or errant golf balls originating from the course.

FAQs
- Pool heating available between October and April for additional fees of $75/day or $350/week. Hot tub heating is available free of charge.
- Standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Early check in or late check outs not guaranteed. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the home, so we won’t be able to offer this. We won’t know until 24 hour prior to your dates, so be sure to ask our guest services team about availability and additional fees.. For guaranteed flexibility, we invite you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive and depart at your leisure.
- Pets are prohibited unless they are service animals.
- Guests advised to purchase travel for unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies enforced.
- Guests are asked to provide a complete list of their registered guests (adults over the age of 18) including, but not limited to full names and ages. Vehicles must also be registered by provided make, model and license plate numbers. Guests not willing to comply with these requirements are subject to cancellation without a refund.
