Beautifully furnished Mesa home w/ private backyard & heated pool. Come & relax!

Comfortable, newly renovated private home waiting for you to relax in the sun. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to the 60 and the 202 for easy access to most anything! Restaurants in walking distance, multiple golf courses in a 10-mile radius. Hiking, shopping, anything you want is close by! Enjoy the private oasis in the backyard with a pool heated November through April (for an additional $35 a day), lounge area, and a covered patio with a propane fire pit. The house has a spacious open floor plan with a king bed in the master with large ensuite bathroom walk-in shower and garden tub. Queen beds in each of the guest rooms, with Roku TV's. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is a bar in the living room. The house is only 9 miles from the Mesa-Phoenix Gateway Airport.

The host was very communicative and helpful from the very beginning. The house was so clean and really nice and had very comfortable beds and seating arrangements! We loved the cute private backyard with our own pool. It was perfect for our family of 4. It was also the first VRBO that we have stayed at that had all of the cooking tools and essentials we needed. It was our best VRBO experience so far and will definitely book again when we go to the Phoenix area!

We had a great stay. It is a great and convenient location to lots of shops. Had one issue but owners were very responsive. It is on the small side but worked well for our family of 5.

The house was really nice. The kitchen was well appointed which enabled me to have other family members over for dinner. Furnishings throughout the house were very nice and comfortable. There is a busy street next to the home but you could not hear any traffic inside the house. I would stay there again.

This house was beautiful. It was so clean and you could smell the cleanliness the minute you walked in. The beds and couch’s were comfy. Everything we needed was supplied for us. This is a home I would def reccomend.

Was visiting for a sporting event at the Arizona Athletic Grounds (very easy to get to – 15 min drive). We stay in VRBO homes for all our soccer trips, and this was among the nicest that we have experienced. This house is fabulous – clean, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped kitchen & grill. We did not use the pool (too cold!) but the backyard and pool area are also very nice. Extremely convenient location that is walking distance from groceries and restaurants. Check in and check out were super easy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Comfortable, clean home. Pool looked great, but sadly couldn’t get weather to cooperate on our down time. But we did use the propane fire pit, so that was nice! Great location and the hosts were perfect. Everything in the house is labeled, easy to use/find. No complaints whatsoever.

10/10 recommend this property!!! Very clean, very well stocked and very comfortable. We stayed here for an event at the Athletic Grounds and it was a super quick and easy drive there. We planned on doing some sight seeing but the pool and outdoor area kept calling our name. We spent most of our downtime out there. This place had everything you could have possibly needed during a stay. Super cute decor too! Host was very kind and easy to communicate with. Thank you!

Gorgeous home with great location

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous home. The pool was amazing! The host has thought of everything. It was convenient and close to shopping as well as restaurants. 15 minute from the Mesa airport. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need in it to make great meals. We enjoyed the barbecue outback as well. We can not wait to come back!!

Mesa/Hull Property

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool area was beautifully landscaped. The interior of the home is lovely. Great location for a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Also if you are flying into Mesa-Gateway you are a short 15 minute drive to this home. We would stay here again.

Perfect Choice

The house was perfect in every way for us. It was comfortable, private, easy to find and near highways, grocery stores, and restaurants. We enjoyed swimmining in the pool nearly every day. The beds were comfortable after long days of beautiful hikes of the nearby h.

We are now grandparents to 5 amazing grandkids, and it is by far the best job we have ever had! We enjoy being outside and being active, it's one of the reasons we love Arizona so much and decided to purchase our future retirement home there.

We fell in love with this house the moment we walked into it! The openness and size of the house was perfect for us, and the backyard sealed the deal! We love how close it is to shopping and restaurants. The house is also close to multiple freeways for easy access to wherever you want to go, not to mention how close we are for hiking, golfing and many other activities.
