Regarding the hot tub, it was thoroughly checked before your arrival, and everything was in proper working order. Unfortunately, we discovered a leak after your departure, which caused the water level to drop, affecting its ability to heat. The issue has since been fully addressed and resolved. We perform routine maintenance on the hot tub several times a week to ensure it is always at optimal performance. We did give you a partial refund for the inconvenience. Our check-out process is designed to be simple: place used towels on the bathroom floor, clean up after yourselves, lock all windows and doors, and sort garbage into the appropriate bins. Unlike hotels, preparing an entire home between guests requires more time, and the 10 AM check-out allows us to provide a clean and welcoming space for the next arrival. While we don’t advertise a full oven, we do provide an air fryer, toaster oven, and BBQ grill to offer guests a variety of cooking options. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you mentioned. To clarify, our property does not have patio boards, as the entire patio is concrete. Additionally, our laundry machines are designed without doors, so there are no broken hinges or doors to address. The machines are brand new. We also only have a main floor; there is no upstairs to our cottage, so the mention of an upstairs bedroom and its screen may be a mix-up with another property. We take maintenance seriously and ensure that all our amenities are in good working condition. We will look into the concerns you raised to ensure everything is up to our high standards.
