We had a great time. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. George was very nice and accommodating host, very easy to communicate with. We had a problem with a shower head falling apart and he fixed it immediately. We had a blast watching manatees in the canal and kayaking around.

House was just like the pics, very clean and had everything we needed, George always returned our calls and addressed our concerns, would recommend this house to anyone

Would stay here again

Beautiful porch to hang out, very clean and ceiling fans for warmer days. George was great to work with, and provided camping chairs and a small cooler for us to use. The rental was very clean, you can tell he takes pride in his property. Lots of towels, wash cloths, and kitchen ware available. Enjoyed our stay.

Great House!

We spent the month of March at this house and we had a great time. The house is sparkling clean and has everything you need to feel at home from the moment you walk in the door. The kitchen is very well equipped with plentiful plates, flatware, etc. The cookware is good and the gas grill works fine. The house is on a canal and we were entertained numerous times by passing manatees. The boat launch is available for guest use and we launched our kayaks from there and went out into Lake Surprise and into the abandoned marina. The property owner, and host - George was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and helpful. If we decide to go to Key Largo again next year we will definitely book again.We are happy to give George and the Salty Pelican a full 5 star review.
