This was a wonderful property. Even though it is not located near the Marina as suggested on the map, the villa is in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, grocers, and even CostCo. The view of the bay from the rooftop is beautiful. Anna, our concierge, was very responsive and informative. The interior is decorated beautifully. The villa was well equipped. Plenty of towels, daily housekeeping, and decorated for the holidays. We stay there again.

Villa Luna

Overall great place and outstanding service. Located in a quite private area that is under development, but yet close to many attractions. The link in the emails and website were not accurate so arrival was a bit confusing on actual location of the condo. Large space with excellent views, would definitely come back!

Beautiful rental, gorgeous views!

Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Luna. Miguel was communicative throughout the entire time ever since we've booked the rental until the end of our stay. He met with us in person upon our arrival to ensure an easy check-in. Additionally, he referred us to his concierge to set up private chef meals and other services, which was also a seamless process. The maids came daily to make the beds and take out the trash as well which was perfect. This rental is a bit away from central Cabo San Lucas, but I liked that as we benefited from the views, the quiet environment, and privacy. 100% recommend staying here while you're visiting Cabo!

Clean, safe, beautiful views

We had a wonderful time here - nice, spacious, and clean. it was a group of 8 and two people ended up using the sofa beds. There a few restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery mart just across the street which made morning coffee or buying things on the fly super easy. Miguel was a fantastic host who was always around to help! Our airport driver arrived an hour early while we were still getting food and Miguel helped put all the luggage and sent him to our restaurant! Highly recommend - thanks for everything, Miguel!

Spacious house with killer views!

We loved our stay at Villa Luna over a three day weekend in Cabo! Our group of 8 people had ample space to sprawl across the three bedrooms and couch, with good places for congregating in the living room and rooftop patio. The location is actually a little outside of downtown/marina area of Cabo, but we found that to be a bonus - it was a more residential area that was quieter but still reasonably accessible to major landmarks (we never waited more than 5 mins for an Uber). The standout was really Miguel and team's service though, helping answer questions, set up a grocery run, manage airport transfers, and coordinating an early check in with lunch with our private chef too (Alejandro was fantastic!). All-in-all they helped create a perfect weekend!

BEWARE OF LOCATION

Group of 9 were excited to stay here for a birthday weekend. The pictures were as listed however the location was not. It required a 10/20-minute uber each way into town and certainly nothing walkable nearby. When confronting management, they were not only dismissive of the burden that such a change would have on plans where location and transit were factored into all logistics, but also acted as if this had never been brought to their attention before, despite multiple reviews that (in hindsight) seem to hint that this was the case (though I never expected this much of a discrepancy—1.5 hour vs 15 minute walk to the Marina). False advertising seemed deliberate with the lack of communication until the day of arrival, despite emails confirming the advertised address the week of as well as attempts to get the exact address beforehand. While the estate was lovely, we would have made other plans had we known the discrepancy in location. All in all, if you plan to stay here, please factor in transit time and costs as nothing is walkable as the listing suggests and don’t expect management to be particularly helpful in assisting with this.

Bachelorette Weekend

Miguel (the host) from the start had open communication and was very informative and responsive to all my questions. He had great recommendations and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The place is beautiful and spacious. Definitely accommodated 9 people comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet and secure with a delicious seafood restaurant down the street. About a 7 minute drive to downtown and close to stores like Walmart and Costco to grab household needs.
