We would like to inform all guests that book with us, that the condo directly above this condo is getting a full renovation, so there will be noise during the day which will include drilling and hammering that may interfere in a relaxing vacation if you plan to stay at the condo during the day. The majority of the construction will be between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM. This renovation project will be happening between early June through mid October. We have adjusted the prices on this condo to reflect any inconveniences that may occur through the construction period.
Beautifully remodeled condo in Terrasol Beach resort. This 3 bedroom, 3 Bathroom condo has undergone a complete remodel and designed by Tania Cassill of Huit out of Laguna Beach, California.
A perfect vacation setting for all girl trips, as well as couples or small families. With a private bathroom attached to all bedrooms, this condo has lots of privacy
The master bedroom and second bedroom have King size beds with a seating area as well. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a queen size below and a single up top. The main living space has a well equipped kitchen with high quality dishware, cutlery and cookware. You will find all the amenities of home.
The living room has plenty of seating space which walks out to the large patio with a beautiful view of the Pacific ocean. With two lounge chairs and a dining table there is lots of seating to enjoy a morning coffee or a sunset with your favorite beverage.
You are only a two minute walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to the marina.
There are 2 pools for your use, the main pool is attached to the Palapa restaurant and also has a swim-up bar..... the second pool is a large area great for swimming laps during the day and has fire pits for your use in the evenings.
Wifi in unit
ALL GUESTS... are subject to a nightly fee and a cleaning at the end of your stay payable directly to Terrasol.
Nightly fee:
1-2 people $19.50/night
3-4 people $24.50/night
5-6 people $29.50/night
These fees cover all the guests
Cleaning fee: $40.00
This is a NON SMOKING unit....
We are not responsible for acts of nature..... During storm season (July to October) it is recommended to have some sort of insurance to cover any delays or trip cancellation.
During the months of May to October there may be some renovations going on throughout Terrasol, as this is the slow season and construction is permitted. So some noise during the hours of 9-5 may occur.
