The entire space is yours! Pool is a shared community pool, but hardly gets any visitors, so you may have that to yourself too.

Other Things to Note:

Pool is only partially warmed by a solar cover in off-season (November-April) and is fully heated from May through October.

Arizona can experience extreme heat, especially during the summer. Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, but during periods of excessive heat, it may take longer to cool the space to your desired level. We appreciate your understanding and encourage mindful energy use
