Winter Sun & Heated Pool Bliss! Family friendly.

Enjoy peace and quiet with amazing views of the Pusch Ridge in this centrally located home in the heart of Oro Valley. Hiking, access to bike trails, multiple golf courses, restaurants, breweries and shopping are just minutes from this beautiful home with outdoor living spaces to take in sun or shade; whatever your preference. The acre lot provides plenty of privacy, a heated pool* and spa can be enjoyed year round; relax and recharge with the sounds of nature and gorgeous sunsets.

This home is a half mile away from the newly renovated Naranja Park featuring pickle ball courts, archery, remote control park, splash pad, play ground and more. Veterans Memorial to be completed later this year.

**Pool and spa**

Guests have the option to heat the pool and spa, with rates of $100 per day (or $50 for spa only) from October to March, and $50 per day (or $25 for spa only) from April to September; spa hours are from 7–10 AM and 5–10 PM, with adjustments available upon request.

Clean and set up well for a vacation rental. We loved the location being so close to cycling trails. Not a fan of having to pay extra for the pool and th spa separately. Also the last day we had no hot water so we could not take shower prior to leaving the home and a long travel day.

This is a great place to stay. Not only is it clean and well-furnished but the location is amazing, if you like quiet. The quail, bunnies and even a road runner were just waiting for their photo ops.

This must be the best rental in Tucson! Host was super responsive to all communications, had recommendations for restaurants and activities, and maintained a very well appointed home. The pool was perfect, the views astounding, and the location so nice. Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. The setting is spectacular. The back yard and the views make it hard to want to go any where. If you are looking to relax and recharge this is the place to stay! Good dining options nearby too! We plan to return.

Desert Oasis

This was a great respite from the Tucson heat. The house was very comfortable with a well- stocked kitchen as well as accoutrements for coffee drinkers. The back patio area was a great place to relax in the pool and take in the view of the mountains. I will definitely return.

This property lived up to our expectations. Communication from property management was prompt when needed. Check-in and check-out easy. A Complete Package

Needed a state get away and was in need of water, my family enjoyed this stay very much and would consider it again!!! The homeless fully equipped on everything you may need, we only forgot to take pool toys, and even that was provided was provided, indoor and outdoor activities provided. Bedrooms are very comfortable.

Wonderful relaxing getaway spot

Fabulous mountain view. We enjoyed waking up to the mountains and have several beautiful sunset pictures. We did not feel like we were in a city. Various birds, some bunnies and several roadrunners visited. The property was very clean, kitchen had all the essentials, lots of extras, and everything was beautifully decorated. The patio, spa and hot tub all made the stay exceptional
