Welcome to our 3BR/2BA home!

We have dedicated our space to bring you and your family a fun and safe environment.
Live/Work/Play on your own private backyard paradise which includes:
- Tiki bar with a mini fridge
- Outdoor Pool/Spa
- Indoor Jacuzzi
- Grill
- Fire pit and more.

3BR/2BA home sits on a 1/2 acre corner lot that has a large yard and a screened lanai with a heated pool and spa. Additional perks include smart TVs, dedicated workspace, large open concept kitchen/dining area.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and natural light, 2 large sliders open the whole space up to the lanai where you will find a tiki bar, dining table for 6, 2 sitting area, fire pit, gas BBQ grill, lounge pool chairs and our amazing pool and spa.

Electrical hookup available for your RV.

LIVING AREA

The open-concept living area features 2 Serta convertible sofas and a smart TV with Roku access.

KITCHEN & DINING

Large U shaped open concept kitchen with dining and Florida room. Make your morning brew with the helpful Keurig coffee maker and ask Alexa to play some tunes.

When it’s time to dine, gather together at the six-person table, 2 bar chairs at the counter and/or make use of our outside table for 6.

BED & BATH

The primary bedroom provides a king-size bed, patio access, and plenty of closet space with floor to celling mirrors. The suite bathroom is configured with a private jacuzzi and walk-in shower.

Second bedroom provides a queen-size memory foam bed, patio/pool access, closet space with floor to ceiling mirrors.

Third bedroom includes 2 single beds and closet space with floor to ceiling mirrors.

The second bathroom is fitted with a shower and laundry space.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Leisurely days are enjoyed in the backyard oasis, complete with a screened lanai, electrical heated pool (up to 6’-deep)/spa and loungers for sunbathing.

Make use of the gas grill and host an afternoon cookout. Enjoy delicious al fresco meals at the table for six.

The large yard is perfect for lawn games. In the evening, sit around the wood-burning fire pit.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer.

Parking is available in the driveway. We have available electrical connection for RV. Street parking and on the lawn is not permitted.

For your safety, our home is fully secured with SimpliSafe alarm system with doorbell camera, security alarm, exterior motion sensors and cameras, and keyless entry.

POOL HEATER INFORMATION:
Pool Heating is optional. This must be requested at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to check-in.
The heater mechanism is on from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm and the temperature is set between 82 F to 90 F degrees.
(Please note the pool takes a little while to get WARM, and it's not a Hot Tub or Jacuzzi).
The pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when the weather is near-freezing temperatures.
