When booking this property, please be aware of the presence of security cameras on the property. They are monitored and recording. There is one security camera above the garage in the front yard that records motion. There is also a ring doorbell camera at the front door that records motion. If you tamper with the security cameras or WiFi, you will be evicted from the property without notice. There is not and never will be any camera inside the property or in the backyard. Please note the garage is not accessible to guests.

The pool was nice but the patio and pool area were infested with mosquitoes and bugs because of a toy storage bucket that never gets cleaned. This home is pet friendly and I missed that in the description. The home smelled like dirty dogs and regardless of febreeze and cooking meals in the home for a week straight the smell never went away. The sofa was drowning in pet hair. The home was not cleaned properly so we had to clean again. The washer did not have hot water, host told us agter booking and daid they were waiting for a part but did not get fixed. Beds are comfortable. Curtains are stained, old and rods are bent. Home needs tender loving care inside and outside

We take pride in keeping our home clean, comfortable, and true to its description. Unfortunately, this review doesn’t reflect the actual condition of the property or the experience most guests enjoy here. The guest never mentioned any of these concerns during their stay, which would have allowed us to address them immediately. The patio and pool area are serviced regularly, but being an outdoor space in Florida, it’s normal to have some mosquitoes, especially during certain seasons. They left the screen doors wide open, despite being told multiple times to shut the doors. They also mentioned that the last place they were at they had to leave because of similar "concerns," that should have been a red flag for me before accepting this booking. The home is clearly listed as pet-friendly and is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay, including upholstery and air freshening. Additionally, the property was left in very poor condition after this guest’s departure, requiring significant extra cleaning beyond normal turnover, which is not typical. They had trash, food, and filth through the entire house. Regarding the washing machine, the hot-water valve part was ordered the day of check-in. Unfortunately, I couldn't get on a plane and fly the China to get the part I needed that day for their check in... sorry! The guest was informed before check-in and agreed it could wait until after their checkout since the washer still functioned properly on cold. We are booked back-to-back and were not notified of the issue until the same day of their arrival. We remain committed to providing a well-maintained, clean, and welcoming space for every guest and continue to receive excellent feedback from those who stay with us.
