Villas Azul is the only accommodation in the area that offers both direct walk-to beach access and stunning panoramic ocean views from every room. A conscious blend of relaxed luxury getaway and inspiring adventure in a tropical paradise.

Just steps away from your accommodation, there is beautiful swimming pool area with a palapa that has a full kitchen, BBQ and bathroom. High Speed Internet is available in both your accommodation and the palapa.

The space:

Newly built in 2020 and inspired by Balinese architecture, this bedroom accommodates comfortably up to 2 guests and is steps away from our swimming pool area.

The bedroom has a queen bed, coffee bar, refrigerator, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and high speed Wi-Fi. Comes with bed linens, bath and beach towels.

Just steps away from your bedroom, you will enjoy our 40' (12 meters) swimming pool and the palapa, that has a full kitchen, BBQ and bathroom at your disposal. You will find breakfast goods in the shared kitchen: eggs, bread, granola, local fruits, yogurt, orange juice, milk, coffee and tea.

Enjoy a private rainforest walk to the beach, panoramic ocean views from your room, its terrace and an additional round deck where to practice yoga, do your meditations, exercise or enjoy the sunset.

Guest access:

Enjoy a walk to the beach down our walking path through a beautiful rain-forest jungle, where it's common to see howler monkeys, toucans, sloths, hummingbirds, blue morpho butterflies, and capuchin monkeys, to name a few. At the end of your walk you will come to the most magnificent beach.

Enjoy the swimming pool, explore the property, encounter a sanctuary of wildlife, and release the worries of everyday life to rejuvenate your mind and body. We can’t wait to welcome you here.

I am afraid to leave a review about this wonderful place because I’m hoping it stays a secret. Not very many properties in this area that has beach access and view. David and his staff are amazing. Great welcome and attention as we checked in and throughout our stay. It is very obvious there is a lot of pride in this property, as the grounds in common use areas are so well kept. This place is great because you can customize your visit: If you are traveling as a pair, you can rent a room only, with access to the common kitchen area. Or you can rent a room with the adjacent suite living room, kitchen and loft. Or if traveling with another couple you can each have a master bedroom and share the center/adjacent living room, kitchen and loft suite. If you were traveling with multiple families, you can book the entire place with the same set up above, 3x. All of these scenarios allow you to have a great big patio to enjoy the views and sunsets The rooms all have views. The showers are semi outdoor, Bali style. They are very large. Hot water is definitely not an issue here and the water pressure is good Perfect enough to cook in. If cooking is not needed it is just enough space to keep your snacks and wine, etc. in the room and eat out for dinner every night I will definitely be returning. The location is perfect. 10 minutes outside of the town of Uvita. This was a surfing trip… It was close enough to all the breaks we wanted to go to, plenty of space for our boards. Again what made this place perfect was David and the staff. I highly recommend this to anyone

We are directly on the ocean front with full ocean views from every room and just a ten minute walk through our private rainforest path to the beach. Find us between the villages of Uvita and Ojochal. Our location is in close proximity to multiple dining options, yoga studios, waterfalls, hikes, surfing, and more! Spend your days relaxing by our 40' (12 meters) pool, exploring surrounding rainforests, incredible beaches and local waterfalls. Nearby activities to choose from include surfing, horseback riding, kayaking, birdwatching, whale watching, diving, snorkel, massage, and more. Our villas & rooms are on a high point overlooking the world-famous Ballena National Marine Park, where you'll be able to access the mostly deserted beach and natural pools through our private rainforest walkways. A true luxury and zen-like experience! Getting around: The best transportation option is to drive your car or a rental car. There are also buses that go to Ojochal, Uvita and Dominical. There's no night buses.

Our unique location on a hilltop peninsula halfway between Uvita and Ojochal places us minutes away from rainforest activities and fine restaurants.
